"I still believe in heroes because I need someone to save me."

He'd slipped away when they weren't looking, he'd simply dropped to the back then changed his course, riding away slowly and carefully, trying to get out of the forest. He'd slowed to a walk, slumping forwards in his saddle and muttering to himself. He was disgusted with himself, he was a horrible human being, he may as well hand himself in, or give hismelf to some famiyl so they can hand him in and get the reward on his head. He shuddered, much as he disliked the prospect of dying it was doing nobody and good him being here, he might as well exchange his life in return for money fora poor family. He was just contemplating these suicidal thoughts when a rushing figure of horse and woman rode past at speed, "WooHoo!" she was yelling and pumping her fist in the air, but she was only in his line of vision for a moment, she'd passed by before he could stare for too long. I wonder what's made her so happy... he thought to himself, the voice in his head melancholy and deep.
