Netherlands huffed and wrapped his scarf around his neck, "Please! I won't laugh or anything." He said, begging to find out what the German was about to say.

Germany looked away, wishing Netherlands was in his blidspot so he couldnt see his puppy eye expression. But, unfortuantely, it was. The dutchman was persistant insisting on the nation t tell him what he was thinking. Germany held his tongue, but his paitience was wearing thin, and he wanted to go to sleep. Finally, he decided to just sy it.

"I said..." he began, then quieted. "Ich liebe deich...."

Netherlands looked at the German with the full power of his puppy dog face. His face turned a rosy red as he buried his face into his scarf, "You love me?" He peeked out from his scarf and smiled, "I love you too, GerGer." He curled up on the couch and yawned.

Germany blinked, surprised when Netherland's so easily said it back. Not even dear Italy had told him that he loved him... Well, Prussia had, but they were bruders so that didnt count. Germany simply sat there, watching the dutch nation, then smiled and put his head back down, weary. He felt happy, something he hadnt felt in a while.

Netherlands yawned and smiled, his feelings content and happy. He opened one eyes to look at the German, "Sleep well-" He didn't finish his sentence as he slipped off into sleep.

Netherlands slightly twitched In his sleep, his scarf covering his mouth and nose. Yawned and rubbed his head, trying to rid his head of the ache.

A quiet groan came from Germany as he awoke. The light from outside was blinding, and he let out a hiss as his sensitive eyes took it all in too fast, and made his head pound like a thousand drums. "Ah..." he mumbled, cursing in german as he fell over onto the floor on his side.

Netherlands yawned and rubbed his green eyes, "Née." He sat up and groaned, the sharp noise from his headache made his ears ring.
