Wow, that's already quite nice for Beginner's 
I bet you could get to Intermediate if you just added some more clean details.
(Gah, too unspecific. Like more white dots or some more glow along the line, or even a highlight along somewhere to make it look like chrome or something.)

YOU ARE AMAZING. I COULD NEVER DO SOMETHING LIKE THIS. Partly because my oekaki plugin is broken...
