"That sounded like a question, Karkat. Whatever, it's good that she said she's gonna be ok." I say.

[Sake]

"Whatever," Karkat grumbled to Gale and sighed. "I guess it makes sense that you'd both ask me all this s***, since you'd have to be either a major dumba** or a major f***a** to ask Virala... Anyway, it sucks, yeah, but she'll be fine." He nodded and looked towards Sollux. "Well... I'm not exactly sure what I did. That's why..." He muttered.

I nod at Karkat's first comment. "Wait... What does that mean? You don't know what you did?" I ask, now somewhat worried about my friend. "Getting hit with all that stuff didn't do anything, right?"

[Sake]

Karkat scowled dully and rolled his eyes. "Well it hurt like f***, if that counts as anything..." He sniffed bitterly and grunted, "No, I mean, I'm not good with this kind of thing... I don't know!" He huffed, his arms folded tightly.

I sigh, and facepalm. "Ok, if you wanna write it or something, that's ok. You're acting weird too, and I don't like it." I growl, and cross my arms. "Ever since we got here, everyone's been acting odd."

Gale stayed quiet, listening to their conversation idly as he sat there.

"Gog!" Karkat hissed irritably, looking away. "I'm not acting weird! She was worried that she wouldn't be able to make it without StarFawn, and I told her that she'd be fine." He shrugged, lightly tapping his foot on the floor.

"OK, OK, cool it. I'm just not all to sure." I say, and look at the ceiling. I was lying on Gale's couch, after all. "Gog... Gale, have you figured out any way back?"

[Witch of Music]

"Well, I've made a few tests, and I found that if I walk through the hole, I end up in some forest, and I met some trolls there, if that helps. But I'm not sure if that's just where the thing opened to at the time, or if that's where it will stay." Gale sighed, frowning at the notion his whole experiment before had been a failure.
