My cats used to pee everywhere... one would even come right into the room everyone was in and go right in front of everybody... but that problem got fixed. Well I dunno if making them outside cats fixes that but whatever.
anyway, the same cat that would pee rigth in front of everyone drools if you pet her for a long time. Its cute in a gross way XD Is that normal for cats to do?
And another thing, the same cat got earmites when she was a baby and now I think she's spatially deaf and kinda insasne. She just sits there and suddenly, she'll jump up, run two or three laps around our pool and sit down again. She also chases her tail. Its funny. But the one thing she does that is really annoying and smart is that she will limp around the backyard acting like shes hurt but all she really wants is food or attention. What an intelligant Kitty...

Hello cat lovers :))

I need some help with my kittens Frodo and Sam. They are brothers, about 3 months old and just got fixed. The problem is that Sam seems to like peeing on my bed, he will only pee on my covers and only when I under them sleeping. He has done it 3 or 4 times and first I thought it was because his cat sand was to dirty so I have started changing it more frequently. Now their sand is clean and I just changed it, so why is he peeing on my covers ?

I need help :/ and not letting them into my bedroom isn't an option. Thank you in advance :))

Has he seen a vet recently? He could have a urinary tract infection that needs to be treated with antibiotics, or something worse. I would get him to the vet to be looked at right away, because if it is a medical problem, no amount of training or products are going to stop the behavior, and in the meantime he could get worse. Consult with your vet about his diet as well. Dry food diets often cause renal and urinary tract conditions, such as urinary crystals.

My recommendation is get more litter boxes. Some cats don't like using the same litter box another cat uses, because it smells unattractive or gets dirty too fast. Think of it like going to use the toilet only to see someone did not flush before they left. Not very attractive. He may also not like the litter you are using. It could be the size of the granules or the odor, so consider switching to something that is very fine and not to strong in scent. Make sure you are keeping the litter nice and clean as well. Try to clean it at least twice a day, preferably every time you notice they use it.

Cawings advice works for some. You can also use foil, plastic wrap, or a good one is to get those plastic carpet protectors and flip them over so the pins face upwards. Since they are heavy they are less likely to slip off, and won't make noise like foil. I also agree that you really need to wash your bed with a product designed to remove the smell of urine or use a home remedy like apple cider vinegar. If even a bit of urine remains, then the cat will continue to pee there.

Also, consider a cat cage for when you sleep/can't watch them to stop the behavior before it happens.

Thank for your advice :)
I will talk it over with my mum about getting another kitty litter box and I will be sure to wash my covers with vinegar before using them again. And to answer your question GrumpyCinnamonster, yes they just recently went to the vets to get fixed [would they have noticed something was wrong then ?]. Thanks for all the advice :) I will be sure to let you know what happens

I'm sorry but I didn't realize this was medical, I asked for help with trying to get Sam to stop peeing on my bed with out the realization that peeing on sheets was connected to something medical and yes I will arrange for my mother to take Sam to the vet tomorrow to check for urinary tract infection, and Frodo also just to be sure :))

♥ Google ♥

Google is the family cat, he is an adult Tabby which is also a rescue. We have had Google for the longest out of all the three animals we have. Google is mostly an outdoor cat, but he comes in sometimes. He is a very hyper cat, he loves randomly running around. One of Google's favourite thing to do is annoy Roo, and when I say annoy I mean annoy. Google is a little snuggle buddy, if he is inside he will come and hop onto your lap, fall asleep and purr constantly. Here are some pictures.

String.

Google's inner kitten showing.

Awwwwww.

I'm watching you!

Someone is a little grumpy today.

Looking into the distance.

Kitty is not amused.

Peter: Hey Louis, you know how you always wanted a real diamond wedding ring?
Louis: Oh my god, Peter! :D
Peter: That's right, Louis. I bought a horse.

Ah, surgery can sometimes result in bladder infections(particularly in cats), or he could still be sore. You should definitely take them back for a follow up, to make sure it's healing up correctly. If you feed dry food, please talk to your vet about that as well. If the vet says all is good, then experiences like surgery can cause trauma, which can result in behavioral problems. You just have to stay on top of preventing it, and encouraging him to go in the litter box, and hopefully all will work out. Prevention is better than punishment.
