Would this count as a complicated design, and would you add the war paint, mane/tail braids and feathers?

Indigo.Bronco - As there are only a few pets left on my wishlist I've taken off the complex characters costing extra rule, so I would be able to add/change everything except her mane style (I ADORE his design). ^^
