She had finally reached a city. Though there was not much there. She could feel the hot humid air blast right into her face and she smiled. She loved this temperature. Nice and hot. She pulled her hair back into a pony tail and continued to walk. Hoping that aye would find at least some resources there.

~ Ragne'Uruvien (Damien) Hooley ~

Patience Ragne'Uruvein.. She's scared, alone, she needs your help.. Help her.. Ragne's body shook as the voice ran through his skin. Her voice. Melodic for a demon, lovely, warm. Everything he ever wanted all in that one soft cooing of a voice. Ragne allowed himself a moment to close his eyes and take a deep breath. Trying to regain self-control. He opened his piercing blue eyes and looked at Naomi.

"Refusing to learn will not help you young halfling. You need to learn what you are. Suppressing your innerself will only lead you further into madness. I know what you are going through, I really do. I have powers myself, and I grew up alone with no on to help me learn, I am offering you my help. It would be wise to take it." Ok perhaps that last part was unnecessary but Ragne was becoming extremely impatient. He could feel Lilith trying to persuade the angel above, the pain of the other demon, he could sense the commotion, and above all else he needed this half-demon to trust him.

He looked at her once more, hand still outstretched. "I can help you control them, I know you can hear them, and I know they are trying to sway you at this moment. There are demons who can help you through all of your confusion. Please Naomi, we really need to be going..." Time, time always went too quickly, they needed to go. He needed to take care of the younger demons before he was blamed for the commotion they caused. After all, he was the oldest of them, and he was always responsible for their actions. Fair or not, it was the way things were.

[[ Heh, sorry if we got overwhelmingly far. We were all getting out mind control demon-freak on.
Silence, since you last posted... Faust (angel) and Kiro (demon) started fighting (or arguing), soon joined by Lilith (also demon) and Raven (human) watched them, I don't know where she is now though. xD Jaguar (angel) is sitting around on a beach or something. Um. Lilith and Kiro both started mind controlling Faust (watched by Amara, half-angel) and he kind of broke down. Brea (angel) popped in at some point and started helping him out. Now Faust is grabbing Lilith and Lilith's controlling him again, because he's kind of stupid and looked directly at her... yeah.
Annnd Ragne/Damien and Naomi are in an old farmhouse in some abandoned field or something talking. I think that's about it. ]][/size][/center]

Jake had been separated from his group for a little over a week now and he wasn't sure if they were alive or not, he hoped that they were alive but the demons surprised them. He shook his head as he tried to get the memories out of his head of the all the blood and screaming the he saw and heard. "Please....." He whispered under his breath as he didn't want anyone to hear him, he had no idea why he said the word but all he knew was that he needed someone. He wasn't much of a thinker and he needed guidance since he was constantly second guessing himself, sure he was fast and strong but that could only get him so far and he knew it.
Jake looked around the ruined street making sure it was clear of demons and the like, he hated both demons and angels as they destroyed the world he loved. They took everything from him including his parents, "They should all die." He said under his breath angerly, he looked around once more before confirming that the way was clear.
He quickly sprinted to a building and hid once again, he wasn't going to take a chance of being caught or worse.... killed. "Oddly calm today." He said to himself, he realized that he needed someone that way he wouldn't be a crazy person talking to himself. But it was true it was an oddly calm day, he didn't even see the annoying short blonde haired angel girl. She had been following him for a while but not the last two weeks, he wondered if that why the demons attacked his group because there was no angel to protect them. The thought nearly sicked him, he didn't want to rely on a bloody angel for protection. Jake shook his head and looked around again wondering where everyone was.

With: Faust, Kiro, Lilith, and who ever else is watching.


Brea looked at the weakened demon who had denied to tell his name to her, she didn't care much she just liked to keep a record of who she killed. She snorted softly as she started up her final gift, she could feel the tingling warmth that started in her core make it's way up to her shoulder. She never liked the feeling as at times it made her sick, but that was only when she was in a hurry to use it like when she fought the last demon that nearly killed her. But since the demon she was going to kill was too weak to even show some resistance she took her time. Why make myself sick if I don't have to? She thought to herself as she felt the warmth make its way slowly down her arm.
It was then that she heard the female demon command Faust to attack her, she looked up and saw that her comrade was falling victim to the lies that the female demon was feeding him. "Faust! She lies! Do not listen to her!" She yelled which made the warmth fall back down to her chest, she wasn't quite sure what to do since the male demon was too weak to fight and Faust was falling victim a little too fast for her liking. She let go of the male demon then and stepped away, all the while keeping her eyes on Faust and the female demon. A thought popped into her head then, What if the male demon was faking it, what if he wasn't weak at all and was waiting to the right moment to attack? The thought was unnerving and made her glance back at the male demon for a second. she looked back to Faust and the female demon, "Faust, stay strong. All she says is lies as it is her nature. Kill the demon Faust!" Brea urged as she took a few more steps closer to the pair of them.

Faust stared, dark eyes meeting light gray ones as he tried to reason with himself, with the side that simply refused to be reasonable. She's right, a part of him though, Wouldn't it just be easier to let go? He saw again, saw his name up in lights, known everywhere (even if he already was quite well-known), sung everywhere, heard everywhere. Ruling. Where he deserved to be. But how could a demon help.

You don't do favors, a voice nagged him, quite annoying when it came to easy decision making. But easy decisions are not always right, Faust. Faust stared, looking at his face reflected in Lilith's pupils, confused, forlorn, broken. It did not look like the face of what he hoped to be. Suddenly, he heard the voice of the angel behind him, and that was all it took to convince him. It clicked.

"It is not wise to stand so close to angels," he smiled sickeningly at Lilith. "Especially ones as strong as I." And with that, Faust let Lilith go -- he let her go in a punch to her gut that would send her flying.

Naomi stopped, not really wanting to, but she needed to think, to force down the voices in her head. "Going," she repeated in a whisper. The voices swelled. "Going to hell?" She turned around, her eyes tired, defeated, and, curiously, a little amused. "You're stuck here, Damien," she said softly, meeting his eyes evenly for the first time. "The moment you set foot on this ground you were lost. Why do you think everybody else is here? Not because they want to be."

She advanced on him, still quiet, but her eyes blazed. "You're going to drag me down? Teach me how to control the thing that I hate?" She stuck out her arm, tired of fighting this demon. He wasn't going to give, and Naomi didn't have the will to keep this up for much longer. "Fine," she spat, "Try, then."

Ragne didn't wait another second to take her hand, he reached down and lifted her softly to her feet with no effort at all. His gaze was dark and distant. "I fear time is running out, we must hurry." He said as he rushed out of the door to the shack and started to run across the field. Not at his full potential but he also knew that being half-demon the girl would be fast. Not as fast, but fast all the same. Ragne looked back once to make sure she was coming, and once she caught up to him, and they sped up more to her potential he followed his senses and ran toward the source. He could feel the demons becoming closer.

"I'm sorry we have to run off like this Naomi, but I hope you will soon realize that whether you want it or not, all the demons need to work as one when it comes to angels, and there is way too many angels and demons in one place for my liking. To be honest all I want to do is to split everyone up fairly. And I will explain all of this to you in due time, but for now, we must hurry. Ragne gave her a solemn look as he continued to run. He could feel his energy. The energy of the angel that killed her. The one who killed his beloved. All he wanted was revenge. But revenge would have to wait...

((I'm implying Faust killed his beloved, but if you don't want it to have been him, I don't want to power-play your charries past. If just seems like Ragne and Faust are the two oldest, so it would be the most likely.))

"You're insane," Naomi said simply, sounding, once again, very matter-of-fact. It was hard to piece together more than three words at a time -- not only was running so fast hard and exhausting, but faces kept flashing in her mind, soulless, empty ones that disappeared as her feet passed over them. Is made her stomach churn and her head throb, and she had to resist shutting her eyes because she did not trust this demon to not run her into a tree.
"We can't leave," Naomi emphasized again. Even if Damien, somehow, got back to Hell, how could she? She wasn't a real demon. She couldn't get to a place like that without dying, could she? And then the thought struck her, knocking the breath out of her. "Are you going to kill me?" Naomi asked quietly, fear creeping into her voice. She was prepared to die -- at some points she even wished for it. But she didn't want to die like this. She didn't want to die and still have these things haunting her. She tried to slow, but this demon kept pushing on and she had to run faster again so she wouldn't trip over her own feet.

~ Ragne'Uruvien (Damien) Hooley ~

Suddenly Ragne came to halt having to catch Naomi so she wouldn't fall on her face, and he put a hand over her mouth and whispered a quiet, shh, hoping she wouldn't put up a fight. He looked deep into her eyes for a moment showing her his true soul as the black depths of his eyes opened sending a rush of pain and heartbreak through Naomi, releasing what he saw in to her. The death of his beloved and the face of Faust, the angel who committed the crime. The scene only lasted a few seconds and then Ragne turned back around and started to walk slowly forward. He found a bush to hide behind and whispered quietly, "Please, try to stay put, I don't want you to get hurt, I promise I don't intend for anyone to die today." And with that last sentence he suddenly appeared to have dissapeared, and so Naomi knew about his power he touched her shoulder, as he was in his invisible form and whispered, "Trust me." Before walking out into the clearing where the angel Faust had just broke free and was about to punch the other demon. With a quick flash Ragne released Faque who darted out in full fire form and barely missed the angel as he lunged forward, letting the two fighting feel the warmth of fire.

Ragne quickly advanced and let his invisible guard down as Faque vanished into a pile of smokey remains on to the ground. "Faust." He said bitterly with hostility in his voice. He stared at the angel. the one angel who he had faced many times before and a sneer fell across his face. "Take your other angel and leave, today will be a day of minimal blood shed, and for now revenge will be pushed aside, until the day you and I face. Alone." The last part came out in a sort of hiss from Ragne's mouth. The hate he felt for this one being was almost unbearable but he could feel the pain of so many around him, and now was not the time to seek revenge.
