The Prime Minister allowed himself a *sigh*. He looked down at all of the papers he had to sign, ignore, or throw in the incinerator. "What is the point doing this anymore?" He groaned. "We already hold a third of the world's land, and our borders officially cover all inhabited land on Planet Garut! I suppose we don't control those measly little farmers, the Bats, yet.. But then again, they're just that! Measly little farmers! Why would anyone go after them? Especially after they somehow managed to beat us last time we invaded... What about the Fentrop? We need to destroy those damned reptiles for good! ......... But they are too strong.. They aren't one of those countries you can just *poof* in the blink of an eye! We're already spending all of our resources on trying to destroy the wretches! The Duyons are too useful to be exterminated.. And these "Penguins", we don't even know-" Suddenly, a scout ran into the Prime Minister's quarters, immediately straightened himself up, and prepared to give a message: "Good Sir Prime Minister, our scientists have made an amazing discovery!"
