Gonna go for #1 instead~~

Image

Name:
Neve (I pronounce it NEE-vey)
means "bright"

Pup #:
1~

Personality:
Neve is, at first glance, like a flame. Burning, glowing with warmth. She seems to be the embodiment of joy and play and seems to love a good laugh. She's normally a very happy-go-lucky Chimera and loves a playful physical challenge. She's what everyone thinks is an energetic and friendly chimera, and everyone likes her that way.
However, like a flame, it can also destroy -- sometimes on accident. Neve has a slightly destructive streak, and has a tendancy to destroy whatever she can when she's very angry. Usually, most things won't make her mad enough to have a strong urge to destroy things, but when they do...it's not very pretty. However, she seems to feel a bit of remorse afterwards.
Every flame must eventually die out and turn into ashes. The more you seem to know Neve, the more she seems to die out and fade away. As you think you're starting to get to know her, she becomes more aloof. She starts to become more arrogant and wary of others. Her wariness is mostly because she's starting to feel a bit uncomfortable about the unusual "closeness" of the other chimera. Her arrogance, well, is because she has a deep desire to feel important. Not the best way to go about achieving your desire to feel important, but...Neve...is a bit stubborn. She won't listen. So she goes about being arrogant. Others that start experiencing her arrogance scorn her and start disrespecting her. Therefore, she becomes more arrogant, and starts the cycle of arrogance. Very, very few have looked past her arrogance. In fact, I don't think anyone ever has...
Neve pretends she is a very courageous Chimera. She can actually pull it off, though. But she can act like she's all that and she likes to boast her "courageousness." However, like the ashes floating off a match, her courage can easily flake off. She is, in fact, quite cowardly and skittish, but why would she want anyone to find out? Well, they can't find out! Not easily, at least.
But she's like a little child trying to put back the ashes into a flame again. Deep, deep down, she knows she's being arrogant. She knows her own downfalls and her wrong-doings. She wants to put it all back together, into the once light-hearted child she used to be. To become the flame she once was...and sometimes still is...

In Neve's own words...
Personally, I think I am, in one word, quite shocking. Ooh, that is two words, now isn't it? Ha ha! But you shouldn't argue with me about this. If you do...who knows what I'll do. I am BRILLIANT! I can think up of something quite easily if the need presents itself.
When no one knows me, I will act very casually around others. I am quite friendly, when no one knows me that well. Is that a bit backwards for you? Well then, you better learn to live with it or... You know. The usual. But enough of that! Yes, I am very friendly and kind and all sorts of nonsense when you first see me. But if you start getting on my nerves...
So you want to know more about me, now do you? Well...this is a bit...strange. Well now! I think I am brilliant. The whole universe should acknowledge that, actually. But do they? Oh no! They don't. They think I'm such a conceited little chimera, all willy-nilly and such. They must know the difference between conceit and high self-esteem! Conceit is being obsessed with your looks! Do I go around proclaiming that I am the most beautiful chimera that ever lived in the entire universe? Well...maybe. I will admit that. But I don't do that all the time. Having very high self-esteem is another thing. It means you are confident in anything you do. For instance, I am very brave. No? You've seen braver? Oh well. I don't care, mister. If I say I am brave, acknowledge it! Sometimes, others have to just take my words whole-heartedly. No one ever does that though. No one.

Story:
As a pup...
Her crystal blue eyes flickered open slowly to catch a peek of the rising sun. She yawned, stretched her legs, and took a quick glance around her. Everyone was sleeping, oblivious to the glory that was about to engulf them. She tried nudging one of her siblings awake, but was brushed away by a sleepy paw, motioning Neve to go away. Neve stiffled a giggle, and tottered away on her unsure feet.
She flopped down on the cool ground as her eyes gazed up at the sky. It was about time! She glanced toward the direction of her home. A tiny speck in the distance marked the den. It isn't too far away, she thought as she looked at her home. They should be able to find me if they need me. Shaking her head at her silliness, she let her eyes fall on the horizon. Watching, waiting...for...
It was a glorious sight! The golden orange tinting everything its lovely hue...the clouds sweeping across the sky by the early morning breeze...the deep blue fading away, making way for a brighter, happier blue... It was just perfect. Absolutely perfect. Neve felt tingly all over, the warmth of the sun crawling its way into every inch of her thick fur.
But something didn't feel right. Neve hoisted herself up on her feet and scanned the area. The clouds were making their sleepy way across the sky, the sun was crawling up the sky, the shrubs were rustling...
Wait. The shrubs were rustling? Neve sniffed the air, lifting her nose higher up to catch the scent. Oh no, she thought. It wasn't a scent familiar to her.
She flattened her ears and snarled, attempting to look intimidating as she braced herself for the danger that might reveal itself. Another rustle snapped her out of her aggressive stance. Neve stiffened, her instincts contradicting themselves. One part of her wanted to run away to the safety of her home. Another wanted to face whatever was going to happen. She shook herself and stood her ground.
A little rabbit, no more bigger than Neve's forepaw, popped out of the shrub. Neve dropped her defensive stance and poked the little rabbit with her nose. The rabbit hopped away a few feet from her. Not wanting to be discouraged from the rabbit's uncooperativity, she skipped toward the rabbit, little by little.
Suddenly, a chorus of roars exploded out of nowhere. The little rabbit bounded out of view, and Neve twirled around to face a giant Pantherberus, its three heads all focusing on her small existance. Neve winced; she'd heard of the nasty Pantherberi, but she never expected them to be so...intimidating. She shook her head and snarled back at the Pantherberus. She wasn't going to let something like that scare her.
The Pantherberus blinked and stared at Neve. It was quite surprised a little puppy could have the nerve to even make any noise in response to a Pantherberus like he was. Shaking it off, he thundered and roared at the little Neve. Neve yelped and dashed toward home, the Pantherberus trailing close behind.
After what felt like four hours, Neve sprinted into the den, headbutting Arbatel and Haeseus's legs. Her eyes were wide, and she couldn't speak. Arbatel amd Haeseus looked at each other in confusion until the growl of the Pantherberus snapped them alert. They looked at Neve, their eyes glistening with an emotion Neve couldn't percieve. But she could feel the crushing weight of the negativity crashing down on her. Sighing, she limped away and curled up into a tight ball of fur in the corner of the dark den as her parents left to confront the Pantherberus.
Her siblings anxiously gazed at Neve, the den entrance, and back, wondering if Arbatel and Haeseus would come back safely. They pawed at the den's rocky walls, their growing claws scraping the walls to make an eerie screeching noise. Neve's ears flickered, but did not move anymore, as she still felt the weight on her young shoulders. The others became restless and started murmuring amongst themselves, wondering...watching...
They came in as quickly as they left. Except for looking slightly unsettled and worn out, they were fine. As they entered the den, all the other puppy chimeras jumped and yipped with glee, greeting their parents with hugs and tackles. After the parents settled everyone down and brushed them aside, they advanced toward Neve. The young chimera glanced over to her parents, but quickly hid her head in shame as she saw them walking toward her. Arbatel and Haeseus sat down next to Neve and was about to speak when one of the siblings shouted out with glee and a teasing air, “Neve is a coward! She can’t even face a Pantherberus! Neve’s a COW-ARD!”
Neve, still hiding her head from everyone, wailed, “No, I’m not! You can’t even face a grasshopper…” Arbatel and Haeseus looked at each other and sighed and ushered the others away from Neve. The one who taunted her, just before vanishing into the depths of the shadows sang, “Neve, Neve, Neve is a coward!” The others hooted with laughter before they were dismissed by an irritated Arbatel.
Arbatel and Haeseus sat down next to Neve’s figure and nudged her back, making an effort to make Neve peek out of her shell. They poked her and prodded her until she rolled over and started giggling. When Neve was done giggling, she looked at her parents and frowned. She knew they were going to have a little “talk” with her.
“Neve,” Arbatel started, “you know we love you. And we would love you to have as much fun as possible. However, we would like you to have fun in a safe way too.”
Haeseus nodded. “We do want you to have fun, but we do not want you to get hurt. If we hadn’t been here, who knows what the Pantherberus could have done?”
“I know, I know!” Neve said. She hung her head limply. “I just wanted to…see the sun rise.”
Arbatel chuckled. “We know, we know,” she said. “It doesn’t surprise us at the least.” She groomed Neve’s tangled up fur and gently lifted her up on her feet.
“I’m not a coward,” she muttered under her breath. Haeseus lifted his eyebrows and looked at Arbatel. She shook her head and motioned for him to follow her outside. After all, it was getting dark, and the pups did need their food. Haeseus nodded in understanding and hurried out the den with Arbatel flanking him.
But it was not just an ordinary statement. It held something deeper, something darker.
This little flame was dying.

As a teen…
Neve sprinted toward a lone grey and blue figure in the distance. “Oh great,” she muttered under her breath. Azzurra was already there. Neve rolled her eyes. Always on time. “Ugh,” Neve groaned as she jumped over one last rock as she skidded to a stop in front of Azzurra. The blue chimera shook her head slightly, almost indiscernibly. Neve could sense the irritation of Azzurra though. She huffed dramatically and rolled her eyes.
“I just…lost track of time,” Neve snorted, unsuccessfully trying to cover up her irresponsibility. But Azzurra said nothing, and plodded toward a sparse forest out in the distance. Neve stared at the chimera with her crystal blue eyes, marveling yet infuriated at Azzurra’s patience and serenity.
“Shall we go?”
Neve glared at her but nodded reluctantly.
“Yes.”
Azzurra flicked her tail and motioned for Neve to follow. Neve hung her head and trudged toward the forest. As they made their way toward the forest, Neve glanced toward the chimera. She seemed calm, serene...and looked like she was day-dreaming. Day-dreaming, Neve thought. Such a senseless habit. Neve looked around her. Tall trees towered over her, making her feel puny and helpless. Neve scoffed, and puffed out her chest in an effort to look superior to the trees. Azzurra blinked and looked toward Neve.
“Still moving on?”
Neve stopped in her tracks and dropped her pose. “Yes,” she said meekly and hurried toward Azzurra. Azzurra sulked toward a large bush and flicked her tail, motioning Neve to follow. Neve trampled all over the forest floor, making the branches and dried leaves crackle under her paws. Azzurra flicked her ears and shushed Neve with her tail. Shocked and disgusted, Neve brushed the tail away and was about to explode with fury when Azzurra shushed her with her tail again. Azzurra whipped around and whispered, “If we are to hunt the Centhine, we must be silent.” Neve pouted like a little child, but said no more.
Azzurra grinned but dropped her smile quickly as she said, “Now watch and learn.”
The chimera crouched and slinked across the forest floor. From the corner of Neve’s eye, an unsuspecting Centhine was grazing, eating away at the leaves and grass in front of it. Humph, Neve thought, what a pity. Azzurra’s paws touched the ground, ever so slightly, so as not to make a huge ruckus. Her back legs were like springs, able to spring at any moment. Azzurra took a deep breath, and pounced!
The Centhine had no time to react. Its legs faltered as the chimera put all her weight on the poor deer-like creature. She whistled, calling for Neve to come help her.
“Bite its neck,” Azzurra commanded, struggling to keep the Centhine down. As Neve hesitated, the chimera hissed, “Well do so! It will get away if you do not!”
Neve squirmed and wiggled about, squeamish at the idea. Azzurra shook her head very slightly, but did not say anything. Finally, mustering up all of her courage, Neve clamped onto the Centhine’s neck.
“That’s it!” Azzurra cheered. “Now tighten your hold; it will slowly stop resisting.”
Neve felt a chill go down her spine, but did as she was told and as Azzurra claimed, it finally stopped resisting. Azzurra climbed off the Centhine and patted Neve on the shoulder.
“Good job, Neve,” she said, but distanced herself, as she knew Neve was slightly disturbed by the whole thing. She promptly took the dead Centhine by the leg and carried it half-way toward the end of the forest when she turned around and looked at Neve.
“Well?” she asked, still holding the Centhine. “Are you coming?”
Neve started her way toward Azzurra but stopped all of a sudden. She turned the other way and sprinted away. Azzurra dropped the Centhine and ran for Neve.
“Neve!” Azzurra called out. But she would not listen. She kept going, going, going…even though her paws ached from the running, even though her heart was pounding, begging her to stop, she kept going. It was just too much for her…what a coward she was…even this made her squirm and itch.
Suddenly, she stopped. Azzurra skidded toward a stop right in front of Neve and looked at Neve. Neve’s eyes were wide and sparkled with fright. Azzurra looked where Neve was staring and suddenly she understood too.
They were at the Dark Claws. And a young Pantherberus was staring straight at them.
Neve’s “courage” rose up, and she snarled at the Pantherberus, taunting it to come toward her. Azzurra started pacing back and forth. This wasn’t a part of her plans. What was she to do?
“Come on!” Neve dared the Pantherberus. “Let’s see what you can do, you little pussy cat.”
Apparently the Pantherberus was offended, as it snapped and lunged toward Neve and pinned her to the ground. Neve landed with a loud thud, catching the attention of Azzurra. The Pantherberus snarled and slobbered all over her face. Neve squinted at the Pantherberus and her mouth curled up into a sly grin.
“How dare you?” she rumbled. It had invaded her personal space and slobbered over her! What did that cat think it was? She felt her fury rise up and she felt a strange desire…to mutilate this nasty Pantherberus. But of course, she couldn’t bring herself to demolish this hideous creature, even if it deserved it. Why not give it a nasty scar? she thought cunningly.
She lunged forward and ducked through the Pantherberus’s legs and whirled around to face it. The Pantherberus hooted with laughter and looked at Neve.
“You petty chimera. You pampered, spoiled chimera,” it taunted Neve.
Neve blazed with fury and charged at the Pantherberus’s legs, knocking it down on its back. As the Pantherberus was gasping for breath, Neve chomped on its front legs. Yowling with pain, the Pantherberus tried to knock down Neve. However, it tumbled over and injured its front paws more. Neve scoffed and bit the Pantherberus’s tail. It jumped with the sharp pain, and landed on its belly. Triumphant, Neve pinned the Pantherberus down. One of its heads lifted up to look at Neve. It had a pleading shine to it. Neve scowled, wondering if she should get rid of this Pantherberus for good. She dropped her head down to one of its heads and started to whisper.
“If I let you go, will you swear never to tell anyone about our…fun?” she rasped, her voice shaking from fatigue. Her eyes pierced the Pantherberus’s and the Pantherberus gasped, “Y-yes…”
Neve got up from the Pantherberus. “If you do,” she warned him, “I will find out. You have been warned.”
The Pantherberus glared at her. “Will do,” he growled and limped away.
Azzurra plodded toward Neve. “That,” she commented, “was not part of the plan. I suggest we go home? And pick up our Centhine where we left it rotting?”
Neve gave her a soft smile.
“Let’s do that.”

Chibi Neve, by me. (I got the colors right! xD)

-How did the chimeras appear in the planet?
They used to be wolves that lived on the freezing mountains of Edhanastia. When the meteor hit the planet, the energy the meteor crash exerted changed everything. When the wolves found the crystal hidden inside the meteor, they sensed the power in it and took it back to the mountains where they lived. Soon, the wolves started growing mutations such as horns, thicker fur, longer claws, and spikes, thus becoming what is now known as the chimera.

-Where do the Pantherberi live?
The Pantherberi live deep in the dark trees of Nevermore.

-What are the Glass Mountains?
The Glass Mountains are where the meteor hit. The impact was so strong, it formed giant mountains. The energy wave that spread across Edhanastia had the most direct impact on the mountains, and transformed the mountains into giant crystals that looked like prisms and glass.

Basic stuff wrote:Number: Pup number 4, 04, Four, Fourth
Name:Reloine

-Why? I thought there were not much chimeras with a name which started with an R. Plus, it's R- Eloine; Eloine is a major character in a book called Fire Bringer ^^

Gender: Female <3
Birthday: April 16th
Zodiac: She is a typical Taurus-

Episodes which show her personality:
{I hope It's okay to add this bit.}

Reloine, generally, is a natural Taurus, a being which is extremely logical, sensible, and has her foots on the ground without wavering. She does what she thinks is right, and can even be stubborn at times. However, she has a strong sense of justice, loyalty, and freedom- she will do anything to protect those, and protect her closest allies, no matter what happens. It's easy to see a determined fire in her turquoise eyes.

1. Determined
She never gives up. Whatever she has in mind, she won't. She's extremely willful, which frustrates her allies at times because of her stubborn-ness.

Image

"Hey Reloine," one of her friends said cheerfully. "It's a nice day, isn't it?" she yawned, and lay down on the floor, enjoying th e warm sun.
"Yes it is," agreed Reloine. "But I don't think lying about lazily is the best thing we can do, actually."
"But Arbatel said..."
"Pssh. I know she told us to stay around, but...that's way too boring for me. Why not go explore?" asked Reloine, her tail beginning to wag in excitement.
Her friend hesitated, to her frustration.
"I really don't think I should...I should..."
Reloine frowned. "I don't see why we shouldn't. Come ON."
She practically dragged her proteseting friend into the woods, her eyes gleaming determinedly to show that she was determined to show her stupid friend that this was a good idea. There was no way it was a bad idea. There wasn't.

2. Outgoing
Reloine isn't afraid about meeting strangers and new friends, she is extremely casual and natural when greeting them. She is always excited about a new arrival.

"Reloine, there will be somebody visiting," her friend told her excitedly.
"Who?"
'It's another family of chimeras. They're just passing by. I'd love to meet them, don't you?"
"Yeah, sure."
Reloine's tail wagged in excitement, wondering if there was a chimera she could be friends with.
A few hours later, a family did come; and yes, there were pups Reloine's age.
Reloine;s heart was pounding oddly. Yes, it was going to be a fun time playing with them. But that wasn't all...she saw a male. His name was Daxius, and had a pelt as white as snow, with markings of his caring parents, Kheseus and Cattaleya.
Reloine didn't need to be told twice. She immediately walked up to Daxius, and introduced herself cheerfully.
"Well hello there. I'm called Reloine. You're Daxius, right? I hope I can just call you Dax?"
The male smiled a bit, he seemed interested too. "Yes, I'm Daxius. Nice to meet you, Reloine, and usually my nickname can only used by the ones closest to me...but yes, you may call me Dax." he replied.
"Dax. It's a great nickname too," Reloine said with a nod. "Now, instead of standing here, let's go do some stuff. We should play..."

3. Fearless
Even during the hardest times, Reloine is always fearless. She jumps straight into an issue without hesitating, whatever the consequences will be. Well, if there's something wrong, she can always fix it, right? She isn't afraid to do what she thinks is correct, and is far from anything shy. She isn't afraid to go up to strangers and talk casually, with a loud voice.
{In case you've noticed, the older version says she is shy. I changed Scorpio into Taurus, because this seemed way more suiting in my opinion :3}

"Dax," Reloine called Dax. "Maybe we ought to do something more interesting."
"Interesting?" Dax cocked his head. "For instance, what?"
Reloine's eyes twinkled mischievously. "Something, such as...venturing into the Nevermore forest."
Dax laughed. He seemed sarcastic at first, but gradually he grew interested, and his laughter died into a mischievous grin.
"It sounds great."
Naively, the two young pups walked into the dark forests with haunting trees, fearlessly walking through with inquisitive eyes. They didn't meet anything interesting, until they found a path with two sides.
"Two ways. Maybe we should split up." Dax suggested.
"Yes," Reloine agreed eagerly. "Let's investigate, and meet back here in a few minutes."
Reloine headed off to the right. Dax went to the left.
She looked around, and eventually heard the trickle of a stream. "Water," she thought delightedly. "Good, I was thirsty." She ran over towards the sound, and began to drink enthusiastically.
While she was drinking, her ears pricked up. She felt a chill through her spine; for no particularly logical reason; it was just from instinct.
She uneasily looked up, starting to get a little bit scared.
"Is somebody there?" she called nervously, her tail moving around.
No response.
Reloine was anxious, and somehow she decided to investigate once more. She parted the bushes, and...and...there was a litter of Pantherberi kittens. Teeny weeny and mewling pitifully.
"Oh."
Reloine stared. These were enemies, but so helpless and little.
The mother might be around.
The thought bolted into her mind, and she panincked. She heard a growl, then, a real one. Behind stood the mother, a fierce, huge three-headed panther with her fangs showing in a furious snarl.
Normal chimeras would half bolted.
Instead, fearless Reloine thought quick, and placed a paw on the kittens. She glared at the pantherberus; you kill me? Your babies die too.
The pantherberus hesitated, but it made the logical decision. It snorted, and Reloine slowly backed away, making sure the mother wasn't following. She couldn't trust Pantherberi, though. Immediately she ran through the trees as fast as she could, right past the meeting place and out of the forest, back into the safe group of chimeras.
"Mom," she cried to Arbatel. "It was so, so scary, I'm so sorry I ran off..."
Dax was already there, being chided by the adults, and as numbstruck as Reloine for his own reasons.
"You did a bad thing there, Reloine," Arbatel would say later on. "But you were wise and fearless, making that decision."

4. Loyal
There are always disagreements and fights. During those time, Reloine is always loyal to her best friends.

Being little pups, there was always little useless disagreements and stuff among the group of puppies. But usually, the problems sorted out well and wasn't a problem at all. However one day between the female ones, there was this big argument. Females...snorted the males. But to Reloine and many others, this was a serious issue.
Basically there was this bully. Even though she had a rotten personality, her beauty and persuasive tone made other chimeras follow her around and shun any other chimeras. So, most of the pups immediately asked to join her, but she didn't let ANYONE join her little group. The requirements were difficult...well, in a nutshell that chimera tried her best to make the chimeras she didn't like suffer and become frustrated.
Reloine's poor friend was one of those shunned ones. Reloine herself was...nothing. She never bothered to care about the bullies, and lived her one carefree life. It annoyed the bullies and they took out their frustration in Reloine's friend.
One day, the sly chimeras came over to Reloine secretly.
"You know, we thought you're cool enough to join us," said one haughtily, and Reloine flicked her tail slightly in disgust.
"If you've come in, you'll be welcomed by many chimeras. Far more than you will meet outside. Plus, they are smart, helpful, and great once you meet them. But there is one problem." said the chimera in mock worry. "Your little friend is a wimp. We don't want her." They stared at Reloine, expecting her answer. "Tell us. What will you do?"
To their surprise, Reloine didn't hesitate at all.
"Screw your stupid group. That's my best friend; don't you dare talk badly about her," Reloine actually snarled, her eyes blazing in anger. The chimeras yelped and ran away, and never bothered Reloine and her friend again. Soon after their group was scattered because of the annoyed adults and the protest of outsiders, anyways.

Story:

PART 1;; Reunion
Image

"Daxius?"
Reloine blinked. She saw the handsome male in the distance; larger than before, and much more gorgeous than the last time she had seen him. He looked around, smiled towards Reloine warmly, than dissolved into nothing...
____
Reloine woke up, blinking in confusion. It took her a few moments before she realized she had been dreaming, not actually seeing Dax. She had recently remembered her short-time childhood friend whom she had never forgotten; he was so fun, kind, charming, and..and something Loin couldn't exactly explain. But nowadays he appeared frequently in her dreams, making Loin miss him even more than when he had left many months ago.
With a small sigh, she got up, deciding to go for a little morning walk. She didn't have much to do, after all, and it would be nice to try remembering her dream.
She was walking through the dappled forest; golden rays were dappling the floor, gleaming in an enchanting way. Reloine smiled softly; as tomboyish and outgoing she actually was, she did have a more gentle and aesthetic side most chimeras didn't know about. She heard a rustle, and immediately her dreamy smile vanished to be replaced by an alert, aware expression.
"Who's there?"
She called, her paws moving uncertainly. She may have grown, but she was still an inexperienced adolescent.
The bushes rustled again, and a moment before the newcomer was seen, Reloine knew who it was.
"Dax!"
"Hello, Reloine," said the chimera with a delighted smile. "It's great to see you again! I heard you and your parents and siblings were around here, and thought I would pay a visit; now that I'm living by myself, anyways."
"I've missed you; I've never forgotten the week we spent together. It was so much fun, and we got in so much trouble together," Reloine replied with a mischievous grin. "I'm happy to see you all well and healthy. Come on! I'm sure Arbatel and Haesus and everyone would love to see you again."
She led the way cheerfully, her heart pounding in excitement and glee. Oh, she hoped this wasn't a dream.
_______________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Part Two; A new adventure

"You know, Dax," Reloine started. Now they were resting in a cool crystal cavern in the Glass mountains. "I wondered...now that we're adolescents, why not go and seek an adventure?"
"Like last time?" Dax chuckled. "Now I've faced a pantherberus twice; with you, and once with Kree my best friend."
A bit of jealousy started in Reloine's heart, until she realized Kree was male and a best friend, not a to-be mate female.
"Now we can handle one, I suppose? I'm sick of lounging around in this mountain."
"I'm always open for an adventure."
So the two went off again. They happily went off the Glass Mountains, wandering into the forests beneath. Carefree and excited, they played, ran, and chuckled as they traveled.
Night befell.
The two yawned; it was a tiring day. And Reloine and Dax curled up on a comfortable patch of grass, and fell into a sweet sleep. Non realized that there was a stranger nearby.
A pantherberus.
It was the one Reloine had almost harmed as a baby, and though obviously it couldn't remember it still disliked Reloine for a particular feeling. It glared at the two chimeras, but it knew it was no match, being an adolescent too.
The pantherberus jumped when Dax yawned, got up, and drowsily stretched. Then their eyes met, and immediately one thought went into their minds; enemy! fight.

Part Three; Trouble

Reloine woke up, unknowing of what had happened last night. She blinked and looked around.
"Daxius?"
She called. She then scented a faint whiff of pantherberus, and her fur rose in disgust.
The bushes parted to reveal hte very pantherberus.
"You!"
"If you're looking for your companion, he's gone," the pantherberus said slyly. "For good. I took care of him."
Reloine was numb with shock. "No."
"Yes."
"No,no,no..." Reloine whipped around and glared at the Pantherberus. "It was you. How dare you filthy pantherberus kill my friend!"
She lunged, but the Pantherberus just laughed and ran away, far into the woods and out of reach.
That was when the sky grew dark, and Reloine started to cry in guilt and sorrow.

Part Four; Amnesia
Image
The thunder clapped, and Reloine was in no mood for more adventure. She returned to the Glass Mountains; shameful, guilty, and full of vengeance for...whom? The pantherberus? Herself?
"Dear, where have you been?" Arbatel asked worriedly when she returned.
Reloine just shook her head and gloomily went to a dark part of one of the crystal caverns.
"Leave me alone. Please."
Her parents and siblings stared at her in deep worry. Then they slowly went away, knowing they couldn't really do much for the young, heartbroken girl.
Slowly, with their heads down, they walked away, leaving her to grieve alone. The only one who stayed was Etsuko.
"Loin...ome on, letl's go for a walk."
Reloine protested weakly at first, but Etsuko was so determined, Reloine had to follow her on.
___________
The two sat at a high cliff of the Glass Mountains, peering down quietly at the majestic, glassy view without much emotion.
"Reloine, I know you're sad about something. But you can't carry out like this. Please, return to yourself," Etsuko ppleaded gently.
Reloine got up.Etsuko stared in hope, but after a moment she was stricken in horror.
"You know what? Dax...he just died because of me. By a pantherberus. I don't deserve to live; maybe I can compensate for his loss."
Etsuko's eyes widened.
"Reloine! No!"
But her friend was already falling from the top of the cliff, down, down, down....
___________
Her eyes opened tiredly.
"Ow..."
she groaned. Wait. What was going on?
She blinked open to look at a chimera; somewhat similar to...whom? Who was that...?
"Hello," said the chimera. "My name is Azzura. You fell from that cliff over there...you're lucky there was a lot of snow, and you weren't hurt except you broke a paw."
"Where...where am I?"
"The bottom of the mountains."
Reloine shook her head in confusion. "Then who am I?"
"What?"
"I can't quite remember..."
Azzura blinked in surprise. "You must have hurt your head too."
"Oh, no...the only thing I can remember is, I wasn't supposed to survive the fall."
"What?"
"I don't know, but there IS a reason I fell. Most likely another chimera wasa the reason..." she shook her head in frustration. "Why can't I remember anything?"
Azzura smiled gently. "Don't worry. Soon, you'll regain your memory and all will be well."
"...I hope so."

-How did the chimeras appear in the planet?
They were actually normal wolves, until the Crash. A huge crystal landed in Edhanastia, and mutated the wolves and panthers forever.
-Where do the Pantherberi live?
They live in the dark Nevermore forest.
-What are the Glass Mountains?
The glass mountains is the place where the effect of the crystal can be seen. Because of the crystal's power, the mountains turned into a crystal-like substance. This is also the background in the picture of the litter.

Obviously, a huge, huge wip xD

Pup Number:

The beautiful #2

Name:

Nymn (pronounced nim)

Personality:

She's generally pretty laid-back and placid with those she doesn't know too well. Others call her shy. But once you get to know her, you see the totally difference side of her. She's been known to play the fool as well, laughing and generally bringing the mood up, even if it's the wrong time. Nymn knows that if you let emotions rule you, you'll fail at whatever task you are about to do. She's also a bit of a trouble-maker and does so just amuse herself.

Story:

"Don't give them an inch! They can't get past the sanctuary." A gruff masculine voice called over the sound of the resounding thunder. The nimble fae's ears went flat back before she retraced her steps to the inner most cavern of their home. A group of Panterbi had slipped past their defenses and were rushing to overtake the crystal. Everyone was working hard to hold them off. Thankfully, the cavern she was traveling in, had not had any unwelcome visitors as of yet. It gave her an advantage. She was still only and adolescent.

A rumbling panther growl echoed around Nymn before a sharp pain blossomed upon her haunches. The thorn sharp claws of a Pantherbus gripped her and started to sink through her thick fur into her skin as she tossed her head back, headbutting one of it's massive heads. The movement only angered it further and soon another of the hideous creatures started to sprint at her, teeth and claws flashing as lightning cracked over head.

Her aqua eyes flickered with fury and fierce determination, as she struggled to drive the feline-like creature off. She'd never submit and give up to die at the claws of her mortal enemies. Nymn knew she had to fight and protect the crystal and her pack mates with her very life.

History:

Nymn was born with a bone deformity in her left hind leg, giving her a natural limp. She's learned to cope and deal with the disability and it's made her stronger as a whole. She tries to appear indifferent to things, shrugging off insults with laughter and jokes. The few things that truly bother her are disappointing her parents as well as siblings.

Despite her disability and people's obvious questioning glances, she ignore them and will even openly talk about it. She's not ashamed of it, despite how tedious and frustrating it makes things.

-How did the chimeras appear in the planet?

They were normal wolves until a meteor crash landed upon the planet. Sensing the power from within, they captured the crystal and it mutated them into the creatures they are today.

-Where do the Pantherberi live?

In the massive black forest of Nevermore where they use their environment to their advantage.

-What are the Glass Mountains?

The current home of the chimeras where the meteor hit, forming massive crystal mountains.

Seen em painted white and the eyes that shined through

-How did the chimeras appear in the planet?
Long ago, on a planet called Edhanastia, there lived great wolves. They had beautiful coat markings and were very intelligent. These wolves resided in the frigid mountains of the north. They lived in harmony with various other creatures on this planet, until a meteorite crashed into the planet. When the meteorite crashed, it sent waves of power all around the world. Everything has been changed. Inside this meteorite, was a powerful crystal. The wolves were the ones to first discover the crystal. They could sense the power invested in it, and brought it to their mountain. This crystal changed many things. Among those things, the land, the creatures, and their lifestyles. These great wolves then began to grow mutations such as horns, more fur, longer claws, and spikes. They were now known as Chimeras. Besides the mutations, these Chimeras gained power. They now had the ability to use telekinesis, and were somewhat of empaths. They could manipulate things with their minds. The Chimeras weren’t the only things that had changed, though. Their neighboring creatures, that happened to be panthers, lived in the valleys and forests below the mountainous homeland of the Chimeras. These panthers gained three heads, and were now Cerberus panthers. These panthers saw how the high and mighty Chimeras now ruled this world and the panthers grew bitter and jealous. Once harmless, kind felines were now brooding, violent, three-headed beasts. They hungered for power. When the meteorite hit, a panther had happened to be around the area. This panther had seen the Chimeras take the crystal, and realized that this crystal was the source of their power. Soon after witnessing this, the panther was the first to become a Cerberus.

The Chimeras think of the crystal almost like a life source. They would protect it with their lives, which is almost what they must do. The Cerberus panthers seek to gain the powers that the Chimeras have..and will do almost anything to get it. The crystal is hidden in massive caverns inside the mountain where the Chimeras live. It is a very strenuous act to get to the inside room where the crystal is stored, even for some Chimeras. Only the highest ranking Chimera are allowed in the crystal room, but there are sets of guards stationed all around the room and in the caverns. It’s almost like a labyrinth. Though it isn’t impossible.

-Where do the Pantherberi live?
In Nevermore
-What are the Glass Mountains?
Its the current place where the chimeras live,This is the place where the meteor hit, its impact had been so strong and violent that the soil around it broke and rose, forming high, huge mountains. The moment the energy wave was released, though, the mountains got its most powerful effects, having their rocky structure transformed into pure crystal, looking like large chunks of prisms and glass.
