I used to have a honey gourami! I loved him. His name was Mr. Roboto.... but he just suddenly died only a short time after I got him. It was weird. He was doing so well and was this brilliant orange color with some blue on his fins. Then all at once he pretty much turned grey and stopped eating. D:

There is no such thing as a domesticated gourami. The only fish I can think of offhand that would really be considered domesticated are goldfish, and bettas.

Ditto :3 That's what I meant too.

I want to get some (1 or 3) for a 56 gallon aquarium but I all ready have some bleeding heart tetras and neon tetras in there (all so a guppy but I'm going to be moving him in with my Betta's soon) and I don't know if there okay with those :\ or if there okay with this cat fish thing I have in there, sadly I don't know that name of it >.<

They can get 12'' tall, so make sure the tank is tall, not long. The catfish is probably a cory catfish. I had a cory living fine with my angels, but it depends how aggressive the fish are, same with the tetras. If you get the angels as babies, and the tetras and angels grow up together, they should be fine. Also, males my fight, so you have to watch for that. Hope this helps, if you have anymore questions just ask

The tanks wide, not tall or long.
This is the cat fish I have:

he's really small.
I've herd there not good with neon tetras-or any small tetra-but I was thinking if I had a large group (we only have three at the moment, most of them died from this illness thing. We cured the tank and just have to get some more) of about 12 do you think they would be okay?
