Karkat's foot slipped and he yelped a curse as he tumbled down the remaining branches, earning a few bruises in the process. Luckily for him, he hadn't been too high up, and hit the ground with a thud. He groaned and rolled over onto his back. "D**nit..."

[Witch of Music]

"Oh bloody 'ell, Karkat, are you okay?" Gale asked, running over to the troll, looking sort of like a mad scientist if you were to ask his brother.

[Sake]

Karkat looked up at Gale and raised an eyebrow, wincing a bit and baring his teeth as he sat up. "Yeah... I've been through worse. More importantly, what the f*** are you wearing?" He asked, slowly getting to his feet.

[Witch of Music]

Gale looked down at his clothes and sighed. "Sorry, forgot to change out of my lab coat, but that is besides the point. I need your help." He said, laughing nervously as he rubbed the back of his head, messing up his hair as he did so.

Karkat rolled his eyes and wiped some dirt from his clothes before crossing his arms. "Okay... With what?" He raised an eyebrow, looking at Gale expectantly.

I am now wandering the forestland by our hives. I smirk somewhat, and jump into a nearby tree. "Look, Vorcom ~!" I say, pointing at some odd thing in a thorn bush.

I walk in front of my friend, and take the odd thing out of the thorn bush. "It's a bat... Who left this here?" I ask, and watch Pennie shrug and put her pompoms up, making a :\ face.

[Witch of Music]

"Alright, I've got a theory for the black hole thing, and to test it, I'm going to have to go through myself, and I'm going to need someone to like hold a rope for me or something, or else I could like get stuck. Or it could not work like in the movies and I could die, but I have a feeling it won't." Gale laughed. "Basically, just hold the other end of the rope for me, and keep contact with me with a walkie talkie and that's all you have to do, other than tug on the rope when I need you too."

Karkat studied Gale skeptically for a moment before shrugging his shoulders. "Whatever, I guess... Lead the way." He unfolded his arms to pull his sleeve back slightly and run his fingertips across a bruise that was already forming.

[Witch of Music]

Gale nodded, walking back to the lab. "Promise you won't let go of the rope? Cause if you let go of the rope, we're both screwed. You won't ever get home, and I'll be lost forever." He chuckled nervously, heck, he was only asking such silly things because well, he was putting his life on the line for this troll, might as well make sure he could trust him.

•Virala and Sollux•

Are both still asleep. Virala's using her Lusus as a pillow and Sollux is on the couch.

I take off one of my pompoms, and hold the bat. "Um... I don't know who left this here. We don't have alot of visitors." I say, and use my pompom-Ed hand to point at the sky. It's constanly raining here, and there's alot of thorn bushes. They aren't everywhere, but there's alot.

I shrug. "I really don't know... What can we use it for? I mean, if we wanna beat the crap outta something, we could use your pompoms..."
