"well ... im sure there's a quail or a rabbit around for us to eat." she shrugged.

"Alright...I'll go find something." TJ said, nodding before he dissapeared off into the forest again. He changed to his mid-form and dropped to all fours, scenting the air for any traces of animals in the undergrowth. He stalked forward a few steps, then darted under a bush, catching a rabbit under his hand. It squealed for a moment, but he managed to break its spine. He repeated the process, catching a couple more, just in case one of them decided they wanted more than a single rabbit. He came back out of the forest in his humanoid form, carrying the animals by their ears. "Will this do?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.

She gave a nod. "as long as we have satisfied stomach's, then i don't really care." she smiled.

Fraxinea relaxed a bit. Just another royal dolt. "What's the singing for?" she asked, putting her case down again and leaning back against the tree beside her.

He stopped and looked over to her with cold eyes and a devious smirk. "oh ... im just having a bit of fun my dear ... you know ... young lady's like you shouldn't be out so late ..."

TJ nodded, then set the rabbits down next to her before sitting down. "I don't think you'll mind me skinning these..." He told her. "If you do, look away." He added before using his claws to skin the animals. After he'd finished doing that, he used his purple jabberwocky flame to cook them. "Alright...Here." TJ said, holding a rabbit leg out to her.

"I never go in," she informed him. "And where are you headed in the first place?" Funny face paint, she noted, putting one hand inside her coat pocket and on the wood handle of a cheap knife she'd bought a few days ago.

"Thanks." she replied, taking the rabbit leg. She took a bite, then smiled a bit. "tastes good ... your a good cook."

"well, if you really must know," he smiled, soon pulling off his hat and giving a gentleman's bow, "im off to perform for a crowd ... care to join?" he asked, raising his head up in the bow to smirk at her.

"I just burned it and you think it tastes good?" TJ asked, raising an eyebrow. The outside of the rabbit was rather charred, though he was eating it anyway.

"Stop smirking," Fraxinea told him. "What kind of performing?" This could be a good way to earn some bread. If she could trust this person not to be an axe murderer.
