In the never stopping city of New York, there is a Shelter called "The Animal Foundation". For whatever reason, you are an Animal that has ended up here. It's a strange place, but you hopefully will get a home before too long. In a city that never sleeps, will you find a place of your own to sleep?

Rules

- The only animals allowed in this roleplay are Cats, Dogs, Ferrets, and Rabbits.

- I have made a form to roleplay a human, but this is mostly an Animal Roleplay {Which is exactly why this is in Animals} so only roleplay the Human if they are adopting animals, working at the shelter, or playing with their adopted pets.

- Please be nice outside of roleplay, I do not want any fights.

- Please no text talk, this is a Roleplay, not a text message. {Brb, Gtg, etc are fine OUTSIDE of roleplay.}

- Put the status of your pet's breeding at the bottom of their form to show you read the rules {Spayed, Fixed, or Unaltered.}

- When roleplaying out of Roleplay use something to separate the RP and outside of RP {Ex. OOC, ()'s, {}'s, etc.}

- Please do not accept yourself, it is kinda irritating. I accept you, or I if I am not here I will assign someone to accept you.

Around the shelter

The Shelter's Outside

Kennels

Each kennel carries two to three animals {of the same species}. They also have two bowls of food and water, a few beds, and a doggy door to an fenced in field that is accessible at any time.

The fenced area

This is the area that is accessible through a doggy door in kennels.

Treatment Kennels

When an Animal newly comes to the Shelter they go in treatment kennels to make sure they have all their shots, and they are not sick. The kennels hold a few toys, a soft blanket, food, and water. One animal per kennel.

Playroom

Before adoption, you can take your animal to the playroom, a room blocked off from the other rooms with toys so you can see how they react to you.

Mittens

Mittens walked around her kennel playing with a little jingly ball toy.She batted it with her paws as she walked around the kennel. Every so often she would look around for humans, then go back to playing. She saw Dragon beginning to approach her so she smiled and sat down. "Hey, Dragon."

Dragon

Dragon approached his adopted mother, Mittens, playfully. "Hi Mittens, wanna go outside and play?" He asked playfully, when she nodded her head yes he softly tapped her with his paw. "Tag, your it!" He said bolting out the door.

Felix

Felix sat on the floor chewing on a mouse toy. He looked at his surroundings, there was a cat pole, some food and water, but no other cats. He sighed and continued chewing.

Sage

Sage ran through his tubes playfully. He loved the feeling of going through it. He yawned as he began to get tired. He then drank some water from his water dish and curled up in his hammock like bed.
