Hi everyone!
We've now got a brand-new contact system for Chicken Smoothie which will allow us to give you help a lot more quickly and easily. From the "help" link at the top right of the page, you can now click on the "contact us" button to send us a question or make a report.
Your report will be seen by the next-available staff member or general helper (depending on which category you choose for 'what do you need help with?'). This way, you won't accidentally end up sending a private message to a staff member who is away on holiday, or doesn't have the permissions to help you out -- your message will be seen by many staff members who can easily send it to the right people for you!
Unless you definitely need to talk to just one staff member (like a personal conversation with that staff member), please use the new help system instead of sending private messages to staff and general helpers, you'll get help much faster and it's easier for us too! . The help system is the best way to get assistance if you need an administrator, as Tess and I will both be turning off our PMs once the system is working correctly.
