Eva smiled "I find myself having the same problems some times." She stood and trotted over, leaping up to lay beside the brute on the flat rock. Her long legs stretching in front of her as she laid down beside the black and red male. Her gaze rested to her paws, but she was listening to him. "I'm fine," She replied with a questionable tilt of her head. "How are you? I hope i didn't scare you." She looked up to him with a soft expression but an amused gleam in her eyes. The brute was nice to talk to, she never really had to be serious with him.

His attention was drawn away from his suddenly wandering thoughts as a small splash sounded and Crow's head was all of a sudden under the water. He cocked his head in curiousity a small laugh escaping accidentally. When the female raised her head from the water it was soaked and looked rather funny in Fade's opinion. He was careful not to laugh again. He meets Summer's gaze briefly as he feels her eyes on him and can see she herself is trying to hold something back. More words are spoken and Summer agrees to let Crow help out with taking the deer back to camp. He was relieved because it meant less work for everyone all around and less energy having to be spent on it.

(I'm sooo sorry I haven't been able to post. With only a few weeks of school left the teachers are piling on the assignments! I've been very busy..,and I don't have much extra time. I'll try to get a post in tomorrow)

Lost in some reverie of future power as beta, Jay had missed the moment when Tenshi and Hawk had left. Angrly, he growled at himself. Idiot! With your stupid inability to stay focused you're never going t even have the slightest chance to become beta. How are you so dumb? Jay paced along the edge of the cap, debating whether or not to attempt to catch up with his leader and Tenshi. If he caught up, maybe he could redeem himself and get back on the hunt. If he didn't, maybe he could make it seem like he hadn't actually been listening or planning to go along on the hunt. Had he even been asked to join them in the firs place? If not, going would make him seem like a fool. Jay growled again.

Tenshi's head lifted up slowly as she quickly took a head count of the members of the hunting party. Her body now began to raise off the ground as she saw only 2 other wolves but the one other than the alpha was not that brute she saw back at camp... Who was it... Jay. She thought as her eyes looked around. She wanted to tell the other wolf that he was never invited but the more wolves the better. " Sir... We are missing that other brute that we saw at camp, Jay I think his name was?" The fae said softly.

The fae's paws began to follow the tracks back to where Jay might have been left behind. She quietly yelled to Jay, trying to find the last wolf who actually knew of the plan they were going to attempt with the deer.

( Ah... Not the greatest thing but had to include Jay in this way )

Kodak
He gave her a sideways glance, smiling lightly. Her sweet scent reached his nose as she trotted over and leaped up to lie beside him. He listened intently to her, because even though she was a wolf of little words, actions spoke far more. He shook his head with a grin and a slight wag of his tail. "No, don't worry, you didn't scare me. I just had my head in the clouds." He told her. He was silent for a moment, watching the sun through slanted eyes as it began it's very slow decent behind the trees. Then he turned his fiery amber gaze back on the fae. "Do you suppose there will be a fight between the two packs, concerning who gets the center land?" He asks suddenly, the question having popped up randomly in his head. He thought there was going to be a fight, though he hoped there wouldn't be one. But with such fresh and raw bitter resentment towards one another, it would be hard for the packs to avoid a fight. And Kodak was guessing the fight would be a bloodbath. He grimaced at the thought.


Summer
She smiled at Crow, shaking her head lightly. "I've never tried that, I'll have to see if it works at all." It was true, not once in SUmmer's entire life had she stuck her head underwater. But she was fairly open to new things. Key word there being fairly. She glanced back and forth bewteen the two other wolves, her packmates. "Well anyways, let's get this back to camp, shall we?" She said briskly, indicating the deer with a jerk of her tail. SHe offered a quick grin at Fade and Crow, then bounded lightly over to the kill, positioning herself by the rear legs to help carry it.

Eva grinned at him "Ahh," She said gently and looked through the canopy of trees above their heads. Her paws were brought underneath her as she looked to her left, a slight rustle of leaves from the wind caught her attention during the small time of silence. She looked to him as her ears twitched lightly at his question "I believe there will be, both leaders dislike one another. They want whats best for their packs to prosper. " She replied with a gleam of worry in her crystal eyes. "[color=#BF8080]I just hope we all won't die.[/color" She said grimly and looked away.

HIs black paws thudded against the ground as he approached the three wolves. "Hey," He briefly said before noticing that one of them was drenched in water. He grinned slightly before sitting on the ground, his tail wrapped around him slowly.
