Seeing the bisharp attack, I leap out of the shadows, the smoke and haze making me seem much larger. Charging into the pokemon, I use toxic.

The Bisharp was caught off guard, and when the Shaymin attacked, he was poisoned, falling to the ground, his attack halted. He shivered, seeing that this Pokemon was larger then he(or at least, thought it was), but he didn't give up. He used Agility, increasing his evasiveness, and then used another Slash.

Growling, I was hit with the Slash, knocking me off to the side. Angered, I use a quick blash of Bullet Seed, enough to weaken the Bisharp but not knock it out.

Bisharp: growls, weakened

(Btw, Bisharp can't be poisoned, Steel type)

Sam decided now was the time to throw the Pokeball, before the Pokemon decided to attack again. Taking out a Pokeball, she quickly threw it at the Bisharp, when she was in throwing range, before waiting to see if it would be caught or not.

Bisharp: he breaks out of the Poke Ball, even though he's weakened, a regular Poke Ball isn't enough to capture a high level Pokemon like him

Sam knew that a simple Pokeball wouldn't be enough. She dug in her bag, and found a ball that had a few bumpy feelings to it. She took out the ball, it's black and yellow color giving a bit of a glow. She threw the Ultra Ball at the Bisharp.

Bisharp: he breaks out again, but he's almost fainted
Chandelure: Let me help uses Will-o-wisp to burn him, that should help

Sam was still holding the Chandelure. "Thanks for helping, but you shouldn't really push yourself." She was thankful of his help though. She found anther Ultra Ball, and threw it at the Bisharp, as she watched the Bisharp go back into another Ultra Ball again.
