A friend of mine just made a new rp. It has a bit of an interesting plot;;

Ever since you were little you had an obsession with fire. Like the very first caveman to discover it. Your eyes light up with excitement and pleasure every time you see that flickering blue and golden light. But now, you've discovered something horrible.

17 years ago, on April 17th, you were cursed. You were cursed to burn anything and everything you touch starting on your 17th birthday. You can never touch anything ever again. You're parents have to dress you, feed you, do everything for you. You can't risk burning your house to the ground. You're not even allowed to hold hands or hug or kiss your boyfriend/girlfriend.

None of you know how long it will last. And just when things are getting worse, you receive a letter in the mail, indicating you are to go to a secret, secluded island in the middle of nowhere. You do as your told, having no clue you are about to become a lab rat to find the cure. Although it may seem like paradise, you are tested on constantly in your sleep. You are included as 10 teens. Five girls and five boys. If you wish, you can stop the tests and get off the island. But only with help. After all, you are not allowed to leave. Which ones will be cured and which ones will be driven insane?

[ a ] dancing academy [classic, gymnastics, hip hop, funk, belly dancing...]
[ b ] music academy [bands: punk, rock, pop, grunge; and a battle againts them for a recording opportunity and a tour]
[ c ] elementals academy [darkness, light, fire, water, air, earth...maybe spirituals for each element too]

All of them would be boarding schools, from ages 14-18, semi-lit+ limited slots r.ps. Anyone up for one of them?

recent obsession with necromancers has driven me here.
would anybody be willing to make an r.p. that allows necromancers, elementals, mages, sorcerers, etc...? I'm normally not interested in this stuff, but I started reading a book with some necromancers in it and their general personality and darkness... I just love it. c:

Silver's paw pads were crisp from the rough terrain she had been walking on. She had been walking down this street for hours. Her head was too tired to stay up, and her eyes too tired to stay open. Her throat screamed for water, a precious recourse she had not found since the beginning of her walk. Slowly lifting her head and opening her eyes , she saw an alley. Something had just forced her head to whip to stare at the alley and her eyes to stare straight down it. What she saw was blurred from her eyes being tired. Stupid exhaustion! She screamed in her mind. C'mon, body! Work! She kicked the ground to release her rage without taking it out on someone. She found that the ground was made from the shiny, silver material humans used, and she also found it was high above her paws. She kicked a chunk of it with her paw and it came right off. Did the travel really make my legs that strong? It went straight down the alley and gave the few cats there were in the alley the scare of their life. Startled by the noise and the helpless meowing from the alley, Silver's sight cleared up. She noticed that she had not kicked a piece of earth, but a tin can. She rolled her eyes. Peering down the alley, she saw the two things she most wanted to see at the moment.

Food! Water!

Her mouth fell open. She ran full speed ahead, then skidded around until she was lying by the puddle. She drank it, only to spit it out. It wasn't water! The colors of the rainbow shimmered on the funny liquid. It tasted bad, and she was pretty sure it wasn't good for her. At least the food looks okay. With a 1, 2, 3 she leaped into the dumpster. She had to dig around before she found a leftover piece of a grilled cheese sandwich. She picked it up in her jaws and gulped it down in two bites. Her paw scraped through the trash, until she found some apple slices laying around in a can. She had learned not to stick your muzzle in a can the hard way back when she was small. She grabbed the bottom and shook the apple slices out of the can. She ate them in a few bites too. But she was still starving. She kept scraping at the trash but found only rotten food left. With a sigh, she jumped back into the alley and continued dragging her paws along the streets. Her head was too tired to stay up and her eyes were too tired to stay open. Her throat screamed for water.

All Is Lost Again

The people live in a normal town, some have a unique gift about them that they can turn into animals. They have lived in secret for years until one person slipped and transformed in front of a local hunter in a town a couple hundred miles away. The word spread through the town quickly and shapeshifter hunters from across the state flocked to that town for the chance to finally catch a live shapeshifter. Only a couple were caught before most of the shapeshifters settled in this town. While dealing with normal life and survival-- the shapeshifters of the town must now worry about the 'bounty hunters' after them. They have to stay low so they aren't recognized by regular humans and the bounty hunters don't realize where they are and aren't all over them in this new place.
