[Veins Of Opal]

"Water, please. I feel that if I stand, I'll fall over." Vicente chuckled in a soft, rather light voice as he leaned back with a huff, running a hand over his face. His vision was rather intensified, everything was clear and sharp, perfect for a nocturnal hunter.

[Falls]

The chair made a scraping noise as Sigma stood, walking back to the sink. She opened a cupboard and found a glass, filling it all the way to the top with cold tap water. "So, I'm gonna sleep in the main room tonight, just to keep an eye on the Idiot." She walked back to the table and set the glass down infront of Vicente. "I can clean up the rest of the blood on him and on the floor tomorrow morning if I can get him to move. Are you even gonna be able to go in there till then?"

"I can go to my room, since there isn't so much blood in there anymore, it won't be so tempting for me. Though I'll have to go feed soon, so I may leave in the middle of the night." Vicente said, flicking his eyes to hers, though his crimson eyes hadn't quite returned to normal.

[Falls]

Sigma rubbed her eyes wearily and sighed. "Alright," she replied as she headed out of the kitchen, stopping at the door and looking back at Vicente with a frown. "I thought I'd be able to rough him up when he got back and that would be that. But now we have to patch him up and take care of him instead. It's frustrating, not having things go your way..." And with that said, she walked to the main room and sunk down into a chair.

Vicente gave a short nod, laying his head down on the cool, wooden table with a sigh, closing his eyes.

Lucien was still awake, somehow, his mind keeping him from sleep. He was still in his place against the wall, shirtless and a bit bloody, but alive. He was still quite pale, though, and he had circles beneath his eyes. He flicked his syrup-brown eyes to Sigma, studying her as she sat into the chair. He was silent for a moment, before slowly saying; "Thank you, Sigma."

[Falls]

Sigma glanced over at Lucien and gave a nod. "Any time. Wait, no. Next time you decide to come in here all bloody and freak us out, I think I'll just shoot you and finish the damn job myself." The sarcasm was evident in her voice, but so was the amused smirk on her face. "So... Is he dead then?" she asked, referring to the man that had ordered the hit on her.

Lucien gave a stiff nod. "The idiot put up quite a fight, though." he grumbled, sitting up slightly and giving a hiss at the movement. Cleaning and bandaging the wound had stimulated the tenderness in it.

[Falls]

Sigma chuckled. "Sounds like me," she said, thinking back to when she'd tried to brain Lucien with a champagne bottle. She thought of the champagne and sighed. She hadn't had a good glass of champagne in forever. Infact, now that she was partially captive here at the fort, she hadn't had a lot of nice things. Clothes that fit, room service, TV, money and the admiration that came with it... It was all gone. With the luxeries(sp?) she was just Tessa again.

Lucien was silent as he very slowly readjusted himself. He flicked his eyes to Sigma once he was finished. "What is your real name?" he asked in a low voice, his ghostly pale skin giving him a rather frightening appearance. Deathly beautiful, he was still handsome, just with more of the grave into his look.

[Falls]

Sigma looked up at Lucien, pulled out of her thoughts by his question. "Sigma," she answered with a stubborn smirk. She stood, walking over to Lucien and kneeling next to him. "You're a mess. Lean your head forward," she mumbled as she began collecting the wayward strands of hair, pulling them away from his face and combing her fingers through the knots.
