Spiderfrost nodded as her paw brushed over an area. She stopped and examined it more as a small lump was felt through the apprentices pelt.

"...Sagepaw...before you came here did you mate with anyone?" Spiderfrost asked her with a scowl.

Sagepaw looked up, half shocked Spiderfrost had asked that question. "Yes-yes, but-" She cut off, she had tried two times before and they had both failed, the first one, she had kits in her stomach, but theyhad died because the twolegs poisoned the rats to kill them, and she ate them, then the sceond time hadn't worked. Did the third? It couldn't be true. LPus, she hadn't known she was going to acually have the chance to leave, and it had happened long before then.

Silverstar smiled and dipped her head. "I know you will." she meowed to Moonshade then looked at the rest of the clan, "That is the last thing that needs to be said. This meeting is over." she said, jumping down of the Highledge onto the first rock, then the next, and finally on the ground. She shook herself and scented the air. She could smell the cool, moistness of rain. Rain is coming... Just as she thought that, she saw dark clouds slowly rolling in in the distance.

"That, is a kits head. It is still small so it probably started a few weeks before you left your Two-legs." Spiderfrost explained.

Moonshade smiled gratefully at her leader and once Silverstar had jumped all the way down, the dark tabby padded over to her tentatively. She dipped her head low with utter respect and mewed quietly, "I really am thankful, Silverstar. No one's ever believed I was capable of anything. Now, you do and that just makes me feel... well.. appreciated." She raised her head slowly, blinking her mysterious eyes at Silverstar. She smiled softly, but her eyes were almost distant and sad. Seeing her brother warmed her heart, but at the same time, made it break right it half in her grief and anger at her entire family murdered.

"You will only have a moon before your belly is too swollen and your milk comes. Your lucky as it is since Angelsong slashed your belly pretty well. Any more damage and your kit would have been in trouble. While it isn't good that you just joined without realizing your pregnant, its still good because that means more kits in the camp. However, apprentices are usually not allowed to have kits since they need to focus more on training." Spiderfrost sighed wondering what the apprentice should do.

"If you are that worried though I will tell Silverstar, I doubt she would get angry, but if your that scared..." she licked her paw nonchalantly, the taste of herbs lingering on her tongue.
