One day it came. A thick fog, fuming a dirty white color. It didn't smell of anything but fear. It stank with fear. It sounded like winds that whistled everynight, it looked like poison gas. But it was far worse. Not a single wolf knew of it, so in the morning, when the soft pastel sky touched the brim of the tall pines, the large Alpha male stepped up to his perch, towering above his peers, and for once in his life had a look of confusion. He was not worried, but he was so puzzled about the presence that he had to take a moment to suubside from his perch, and he elegantly walked away, leaving the always sure pack members hesitant.

A Fighter stepped up, a fighter built of copper furs and golden heart. The emerging crowd pushed as the larger brute cleared a path through the anxious wolves, outside breaming with bravery, inside filled with anxiety. The large cloud of smoke dared him to come into its doors, and of course a fighter would never back down his challenge. He pushed through the fumes, inhaling the gasses and taking large looks of what it looked like.

He was fine after he came out, a little soggy from the mists, but other than that fine. The wolves shrugged and returned to daily life. Hunters swapped out hunting times, mothers watched the clumsy pups frolick around, and the hunter returned with no symptoms to his den. His blue eyes stared at the wall, suddenly a migrane emerged in his head. His teeth started the grow longer, his blue eyes lost the pupils, and foam errupted from his mouth. He started snarling. Hurling through his den, he found his first target, a female. Sinking his teeth into her scruff, the nasty venom pulsed through her veins. She shreiked, and when the Alpha herd, he emmersed from his den, alarmed, and saw who it was. It was Blithe, the fighter that dared to go into the mist. He had become mad, and Alpha was not about to let his clan die.

A blood curdeling howl was let out. Blithe dropped the female and returned all of his attention to the howl. He turned and raced away into the night, leaving the female alone with the Alpha.


And so this is the story of the mist. Every blue eyed wolf becomes infected by another wolf with blue eyes. If a blue-eyed wolf bites another normal wolf, their eyes turn blue. You can't tell if a wolf is infected until sunset.

Rules

1. I expect you to follow Tess's rules about everything. I'm not going to adress everything directly, but there are younger eyes on here. If you would like to do anything above PG-13, please take it to Private Message. Your wolf may not overpower another, or without giving it a chance. This is known as PowerPlaying. Your character may not under any circumstances be 'perfect' or a mary or gary-sue. Wolves do not know cussing therefore that will not be used in this roleplay. If there are any arguements, take it out of RP or stop entirely.

2. This is a clean and neat roleplay, yes? I expect it to stay that way. Make your posts colorful with NO pictures. This is considered as spam (I didn't make that rule, otherwise I would support it) and I put a lot of time into making this work. Your post should have colors, little boxes with moods and such. This is a Literate roleplay, and you must post at least 5 sentences per character or 8 sentences all together, unless you are under a special circumstance where you have contacted me in advance and I have given you an amount to write per character.

3. I am not going to ask you to make a male and a female, but if the genders get un-even then I will put a stop to making a certain gender until the other gets caught up. I DO require you to make more than one character. You can make as many as you can keep up with, and I will be reminding you if you need to keep up with another. Your female cannot start out pregnant, your wolves cannot start with mates, and you cannot start out as a pup. This is for a certain reason, playing a pup is hard to do, and not a lot of people can do it.

4. The legend of the Haze states that all blue eyed wolves get infected instantly. Blue eyes are 'rare' for a wolf in this roleplay, but the disease spreads like wildfire. After that discovery, all blue wolves are to be killed, but I would like to add drama to where a wolf has a pup with blue eyes. Also, if a blue eyed wolf bites you, your eyes turn blue. The only way a blue eyed wolf can bite you is when the sun sets, then all of the wolves turn into the mosters. If there is any confusion about the plot, please feel free to message me, I will answer all questions. The haze will not start until about 20-30 pages.

5. All wolves start out as Omegas, Hunters, or Fighters. Lead positions and Beta positions will be earned by your wolf character. Don't try and reserve a spot, the Alpha will make that decision. And no, I will not give myself any unfair advantage. This will take time.

History: I was much smaller in stature than my other siblings, I was not able to play well with them. Instead, I spent much of my time with my father, trying to get stronger.
I had 2 siblings, but they all perished before their 1st birthday, and all of my mother's aggression and abuse turned to me. My father saved me from my mother's rage, but after some time, he decided, I am no good and left me.
So...from then on, I have been trying to climb my way to happiness....be in a pack, find a mate and make a nice family, that I will love.
