zoey looked up at steven then tommy then the floor

Tommy flinched at the older boy's tone.
This certainly wasn't someone he wanted to face in battle.
He walked closer to Steven, now face to face with him.
"Alright. The true reason I want you in this alliance is to help with our plan."
He whispered
"We plan on making an alliance with all the tributes.
If ALL 24 of us are in an alliance we won't be fighting each other.
No fighting equeals no death."
He added, his voice still hushed as if it were all one big secret.

steven looked at tommy "if you can get all other 23 tributes then sure but for now no"

"steven!" zoey shouted

steven looked at zoey"we already know you like him but ill join if he gets everyone else"

"Great! So now we've got Foster, Lacey, Violet, Me, Zoey, and possibly you."
He counted.
"What about you Crystal?"
He asked, glancing in the girl's direction.
She had heard his plan...would she joined?
He REALLY hoped she did.
If both Steven's sister and girlfriend were in the alliance he'd have no choice but to join it too.

steven glared at tommy before llooking at zoey "come here for a sec" he said as he stepped towards the door

zoey looked at tommy before leaving she shutthe door so it was about half an inch open

Steven hated him... well, at least it'd be a quick death.

He muttered, looking back up at her.
He secretly kept an ear out to eavesdrop on Steven and Zoey.

" I'll join " Crystal said opening her eyes and rubbing them " I was never going to kill anyone even if I wasn't in your alliance but still that didn't mean no one would kill me at least now I'm not dead for sure " she stepped closer to Tommy and whispered to him " I know you might not be so fond of Steven but please make sure no one trys to hurt him, I love him with my whole heart and it would kill me to see him be harmed " she whispered before sitting back down on her bed she looked at Tommy and waited for a response

zoey pulled herwrist away "apparently what do you have against tommy anyways"

steven grabbed her shoulders and held her against the wall "all he is is a spunky little 12 year old and what is your problem your 15 and you like a 12 year old!" steven said almost shouting

zoey glared at him "yep but there is nothing wrong with that he is nice smart and hot what do you expect me to do"

steven glared into her eyes "hes 12"
