Plot

You're a teenage kid who lives to have fun.
You just want to party and live your life with-
out worry. Finally, you have the chance to do
that. It's summer, and you've won a radio contest
for a free vacation to the sunny land of California.
You will stay in a mansion, with the other teenage
winners. It's like your dream come true - and to make
it better, there's the chance for summer romance.
The teens here are cute and intriguing, how could
you not be drawn in? But the thing is, you're different.
You've been teased all your life about your sexuality -
be you gay, bisexual, lesbian, or whatever. You aren't
heterosexual like everybody else and you've been bullied
for years about it. The teens here are just like you; So
it's time to a start anew, and leave the worries in the past.

Rules

• This is semi-lit. That means no less than three sentences per post.
• Cussing is fine. If you need to use anything major, like f-bombs, star it out with *these*. For example, like this: F**k.
• No having crushes on your own characters or relationships with them. Two of your characters can be ex's, but please not currently in a relationship.
• This is a roleplay about teens who aren't straight, so if you aren't okay with people being gay/lesbian/etc then please don't join. I'm not discriminating about those who are straight - I'm straight myself - but there's not enough roleplays where more than one bold person makes a character who's gay/lesbian/etc so this one is strictly anything but straight.
• All of Tess' rules apply. That means no powerplaying, Mary-Sues, etc.
• I BEG YOU please have proper grammar/spelling/punctuation. It literally hurts me to have to read a post like this: "john went too the stor cuz he likes. choclat. he Went back home Aftur Becuz he wuz Tired he went to sleep in hiz bed five mins latur he got up. he went Outside He Saw A Burd" That hurt me so badly to write that. I had to write it over multiple times because I kept correcting myself. DO NOT DO THAT, or else you will be kicked out of the roleplay.
• Do not use chatspeak, and please do not capitalize every word of your post, or capitalize random words. That goes along with proper grammar/spelling/punctuation, so don't do it. If you are truly semi-lit, you won't need to worry about that.
• Keep this PG-13. If you decide you're going to "go all the way", please just put in a fade to black. If you want to, you can roleplay that out with the other person IN PM, but only if they agree. Don't do it on the thread.

| "I lived in a pretty big house. It was really nice, and so I wasn't at all poor. I wasn't snobby-mansion-family rich, but my family had a lot of money and good jobs and we were just a great family. She died. She lost too much blood and they couldn't keep her alive... My dad and I were, and still are, devastated. He still can't drive on that same highway. Whenever we're going out to visit my grandparents, we have to take a different route because he just can't do it. The rest of my life has been pretty ordinary, going to school, stuff like that." |

| Born on July 19, Elena was born on a pleasantly warm evening. She spent only one day in the hospital before her parents got to take her home on the 20th. For her, home was a fair sized house on the country side of Italy where she lived with both parents and 3 brothers, all older then her. Being the youngest, she was the most protected by her bulky older brothers, but also the one who was traded the most by them. Despite that, she loved them anyway, and they continuously supported her, even when her interests became clear at the age of 15.
Just a year after she found she was bisexual, her family moved to Dillon, Colorado. By then, it was just her and one brother left living with her and her parents. Her new school brought plenty of difficulties however, as the kids bullied her for her sexuality as well as her heritage. |
