That stands for -every.single.pet.- adopted and it is purely optional.

It is in no way a rule and doesn't have to be followed.

Not to mention the strain it'd cause Tess to enforce it.

erm no. You can trade pets from the pound to other users. If it was against the rules then we wouldn't have the ability to. And it never says specifically that it's for pets from the pound. Why are you fighting about this anyway? Take it to PM and stop spamming the thread with it
