"Myself." Vicente responded with a blunt chuckle. "Keep in mind,I was running from the Brotherhood's assassins for a good couple years. I had to learn something to defend myself at the time." he said with a sigh, brushing his long ponytail to the side, folding his arms across his bare chest as he flicked his crimson eyes back to Sigma.

[for some reason my mind switched them from being in the training room to sitting at the kitchen table in that last post. Sorry bout that.]
Sigma's breathing had evened out now and the redness in her cheeks had faded to a hardly noticable pink tinge as the rest from working out finally took effect. She drew her knees up loosely towards her chest and draped her arms over them, her expression thoughtful as she tried to imagine what it must've been like to be on the run for so long. "How did you kill your assassin?"

"A knife." was all Vicente said on that subject, obviously not in the mood to talk about it. His assassin had been a burly man with what seemed like the strength of a bear. It had been difficult, but Vicente had overcome the man, escaping with a few broken bones.

[Falls]

Sigma leaned her head back against the wall and closed her eyes. "Ah," was all she said in reply. She let a silence hang in the air for a moment before speaking up again. "I need a shower. And some clean clothes. And somewhere to wash these ones as well." She opened her eyes and flicked them over to Vicente, not bothering to move her head as well. "Please tell me you have at least two of the three..."

"There's a shower upstairs, and I can find some clothes for you to wear." Vicente yawned, getting to his feet. He turned to Sigma, flicking his crimson eyes to her as he held out his hand to help her up from the ground.

Sigma took Vicente's hand and stood, stepping forward and letting go of his hand to wrap her arms lightly around him in a hug. "Thank you for the help. I know you're going out of your way to teach me this stuff and I appreciate it." And then she was gone, climbing the stairs quickly in her hurry to get to that shower. She walked down the hall, pushing open every unlocked door until she found the bathroom with a shower in it. She closed and locked the door behind her and stripped down, turning on the faucet and messing with the temperature nozzles to get the water warm enough.

Vicente's heart jumped from the surprise when she hugged him, and he watched as she made her way up the stairs for her shower. He was silent for a moment, his mind blank. The vampire gave a soft sigh, making his way up the stairs and tossing the towel to the side, going into his room. He grabbed one of his white shirts and grabbed some sweats from Lucien's room, setting them on the shelf outside of the bathroom for Sigma. Vicente paced through the house as he brushed out his long hair, not bothering with a shirt yet, as he felt rather warm within the Fort.

Sigma practically drowned herself in soap, forgetting moderation in her eagerness to get clean. How long had it been since she'd had a proper shower? Forever, that's how long. She took her time and stepped out only when she remembered to save the hot water for Vicente. After drying off and wrapping herself in a towel, she found Lucien's hairbrush and brushed out the knots in her short hair. Using Lucien's hairbrush was one suttle way of immaturely sticking the proverbial tongue out at him every morning and she enjoyed it, a smug smirk on her face when she put it back. After all, she still didn't have a brush of her own anyway. Lucien was the only one to blame here for not supllying one.
Sigma found the clothes outside of her door and pulled them in, quickly sliding them on and gathering up the dirty clothes before opening the door and stepping out of the bathroom.

Vicente had taken off his foot-wraps and hand-wraps, putting his hair back into it's ponytail. Though he still wore only his slacks at the moment, he grabbed a book at random from the shelf within his room, sitting himself in the chair in the main room of the Fort. Glancing at the book, he cocked a brow. Twilight. he heard there had been quite a rave about it, but he didn't even remember buying it. Eh, might as well give it a try.

((Lolol, sparkling vampires won't sit well with him. XD ))

Sigma dropped her dirty cltohes off in her room and made her way to the kitchen. After a quick but rather large sandwhich, she went off to find Vicente. She found him in the main room reading another book. Upon recognizing the red apple on the cover, she smirked and left him to his sparkly fairy vampire book, returning to her room to take a nap.
