Sorry everyone, I was gone the past week. I've updated everything now and I'm going to assign the newbies who posted after I double-check and make sure they don't already have someone helping them.

Please understand that a lot of people have asked to help a newbie. I'm working first-come first-serve. The people who asked 2 months ago to help a newbie are going to get a newbie first. Not the people who asked yesterday.
