FrillFires are the second original species I made, (Spire Cats being the first). They are catlike creatures with two wing-like frills along their back, and flames. Hence the name, "FrillFire". (I'm so darn original when it comes to species names xD) FrillFires are generally docile creatures, though they also have a mysterious streak in their personalities. They have flame-resistant fur, and they can glide [not fly] with their frills. They usually have dark colored fur with bright, pastel colored flames. A light colored FF with dark flames is called an "Inverse FrillFire" and is very rare. FrillFires are generally solitary creatures, only coming together during the mating season {Spring}. A female and male FF give birth to about three kits. These kits stay with their mother until winter, when they leave their offspring to fend for themselves.

Personality (optional): An energetic, competitive, and rather rude girl, Void is one that other Frillfires try to avoid. She's very stealthy, because her flames don't glow like the other Frillfires' do, but she tends to brag about her stealth a lot. She also enjoys sneaking up on other FFs because of her gift of dark flames, but usually they do not appreciate her little pranks, and so she has a hard time making friends. Most consider her annoying, but she still tries to make friends in her own strange ways.
Backstory (optional): Born on a lunar eclipse, Void was gifted and cursed to be one of the rare 'inverse' Frillfires. She was always taunted as a kit, and made fun of because nobody could see her at night except for her bright neon colors. But she decided to use this to her advantage, finally having something that the other kit's didn't have. Her confidence grew a little too much, though...

Darkness - This is where she hides, of course! Her neon colors give her away sometimes, but they're not as noticeable as the other frillfires' bright flames.
Friends - She would love to have some, but, well... they seem to avoid her. She makes friends with inanimate objects, though, because they can't judge her.
Showing off - She loves to show off, but her stunts are usually ignored.

Personality (optional): Mysterious, eager, and magical, Daeri is certainly an interesting Frillfire; there is no other frillfire like this one.
Backstory (optional): She was born to a loving family of seven, yet she was never hidden behind all her siblings. She left to find an adventure, and a life of her own- and successfully found a true home.

Personality (optional): Eve is very mysterious. Since she is one of those rare color FF's there are not a lot like her, so she likes to be by herself. She doesn't talk much, but that's because she thinks a lot. She tends to analyze, break down, and deduce everything. She's not evil but if you mess with her she can seem like there is a demon inside of her. She is like an unknown force, she will move in, do something amazing, then leave just as quickly.

Backstory (optional): Eve is very ancient and wise. She was born a long, long time ago on a mountaintop in Nepal. She lived a very solitary life, only going to other lifeforms when she has to eat- since she is a carnivore, though she has done feats of greatness and mystery. She once helped a blind boy find his way home in a storm. She swpet in like another raindrop, guided the boy home, and left. Leaving everyone wonder how the boy survived. She has become known to the people of a small town in Alaska as "Di ḍārk āph phair pilli" or Cat of Dark Fire
