Spiderfrost stopped walking as turned to her leader with a softer look.

"All you can do is tell them what you know, all hunting patrols should probably double check the scent of any prey they catch to make sure it is not affected by the liquid your patrol found. When Deathrage's condition changes I will come to tell you." Spiderfrost commented and returned to her den.

Starpaw stared at her mentor, "Is everything alright? What happened?" She asked, walking up to deathrage, and sniffing him. Shivering, she took a step back. "Gosh! He smells terrible!" She spat, turning around, she sorted through her herbs, deep in thought.

Silverstar sighed, "Yes, but I don't want to spread panic through the clan... She sat down and watched Deathrage. She hoped he would be ok. Silverstar flicked her tail back and forth trying to think of what to do. She sent a silent prayer to Starclan, asking them what she should do about the deadly green slime.

Wisepaw laughed when Wolfpaw said the queen was fat. Which was true, she was due any day now. All of a sudden, her legs were swept from underneath her and she fell to the ground. "Hey!" she protested and jumped up. A mischievous smile curled her lips and she lunged at him, making him fall to the ground. She pinned him down and laughed triumphantly. "Hahaha! Now I have you!" Wisepaw giggled and cuffed his ear.

I looked at her, smiling, suddenly, she was on top of me. "Very funny Wisestar!" I purred, pawing her face. I pushed her off, and rolled around in the dirt. "See now i'm camoflauged!" I purred, shaking alot of the dirt off of my pelt.

"Just a small argument, nothing you need to concern yourself with." Spiderfrost snapped and sat by Deathrage, she turned to Starpaw.

"Does he fell feverish, any shivers, slow heart beat or breathing?" she quizzed her apprentice to see if she was taking any precautions since they were dealing with an unknown substance. Her tail rested on her paws patiently as the medicine cat waited for answers from her apprentice, she ignored the slight pain she had from Eaglesong slashing at her tail. When Silverstar came in to continue their conversation she listened.

"Think of it this way Silverstar, you don't tell them, they won't know better and we will have more sick cats and they will start to panic, you do tell them and they will panic, calm down, then be more alert to what they touch and eat." Spiderfrost pointed out to the worried leader.

Spiderfrost laid her injured tail over Starpaws' flank, she held a sharp gaze to quiet the apprentice.

"A Medicine Cat needs to keep her calm in times like this. Since Deathrage is becoming cold, stay near him to give him body heat, make sure you only feed him one Juniper Berry the next time since too many will upset his stomach and make the Chamomile useless. I will take care of Dewstorm, if Deathrage falls back asleep, call Eaglesong in here to keep that fur-ball warm and come to me with a little Lavender and Chamomile if we have any left." Spiderfrost took charge and quickly picked out poppy seeds and Borage.

"Since he is up ask him questions about his condition." With that the medicine cat ran out of the den in such a hurry, side stepping the vomit they have yet to clean up and to the nursery that held the only Queen of Wishclan. Spiderfrost set down her herbs and faced Dewstorm.

"Did your pain just start?" she asked calmly.

Silverstar looked over at Starpaw and Deathrage. She frowned and went over, laying down beside Deathrage. "I'll help keep him warm." she mewed to Starpaw and layer her head on her paws. What am I going to do? How will I tell the clan without causing too much panic? I wish we never found that green slime. Now it's in the camp and I don't want any more cats getting infected! What am I going to do?! Her mind was spinning with so many questions it made her dizzy. She shook her head and looked at Deathrage, lifting her head. A deep sadness filled her beautiful blue eyes. What will she do? What can she do?

Dewstorm, "Well right now yes," She paused to catch her breath, "I had one this morning when I awoke, and a really painful one when Wolfpaw fell ontop of me." She said, wincing from another cramp. Begining to feel hot.

Starpaw looked at her leader, "OKay, but if somthing happens tell me, okay?" She asked, not waiting for a reply, Starpaw got the herbs Spiderfrost had asked for, and dashed to the nursery.

Wolfpaw looked at her, more seriously, "What's to be shy about, I will understand anything, if it's like a warrior code breaking thing, I will still support you 100%," He said affectionatly, sitting closer to her, And I have somthing to say to you too He though, but didn't dare say it aloud.

"Wolfpaw fell on you?" Spiderfrost questioned. She lifted her paws lightly over the Queens stomach to feel around the swollen belly. Spiderfrost felt around to several lumps.

"I don't feel anything wrong so far, and it seems you might be having more than two."
