Reach For the Sky

Quick picture of a leaping cat -no reference used. Lazy background, and lazily-drawn bird. :p I might go back later and touch this up -I lost my muse partway through it. Any background suggestions? xD
AUGHH. I just realized I forgot the whiskers! *facepalm* Ah, well. I'll do them later.
EDIT: The timer is about 45 minutes off -I went and did a Geography project in the middle of it.
