I hear a scream and jump up from the bench sprinting to where I heard it. I see some man getting into his car with two teenagers in the back. I almost whimper as I recognize him, and I quickly slip behind a tree, hoping he didn't see me.

I stand petrified for a moment, and then realize I can't just leave them so I take off after the car going full speed, and I can still only barely keep it in sight. I run faster and still make no progress, but keep going anyways.
