Lucien listened to the music instead of giving a further argument. The song that was playing was "Unconditional" by The Bravery. He'd heard it before, but hearing it in such a situation as this. He simply tried to ignore Sigma's presence at the moment, listening to the song.

[Aw, poor Lucien just wants love =')]

Sigma sat silently in her seat for a long while, feet propped up on the leather. After a few songs she reached out and turned the music down so that it played in the background. "So where is this Fort we're going to? Is it secluded?" She wanted to know how far she'd be from civilization and a proper Starbucks. If half of the trip was on horseback though, she guessed it was VERY far from any coffee shop, or anything else for that matter.

[Sigma's picture has been bugging me and I recently stumbled upon one that I like WAY better.
This is how she really looks in my mind's eye.]

"It's located within a forest. Yes, it is very secluded." Lucien replied curtly, not taking his eyes from the road as he sped down the highway at 75 miles per hour. He still wore the pants of his suit, as well as a black t-shirt he had grabbed at the hotel. He wore his leather boots, his hair tied back. He certainly still looked like the handsome man from last night, despite all that had been revealed about him within the short time frame.

[Is it better than the last?]
Sigma sighed, resigning herself to her fate. She was going to be stuck with Lucien for who knows how long with no way of escape and no way of contacting help. How depressing. And frightening. "How did you get a fort anyway?" she asked, continuing to speak for the sake of avoiding the cutting silence.

"I requested it. I prefer solitude instead of staying at the Brotherhood sanctuary." Lucien responded, slowing the vehicle as he took a left. Vicente would be coming to the Fort after they arrived, because he and Lucien had to speak of what to do. Lucien knew they were a good hour away from where they would have to ride the horses the rest of the way to the Fort.

((I personally like them both. XD I can't decide which one. ))

Simga's gaze moved from the road to the movement of Lucien's hands as they slid along the wheel. They were strong hands, it seemed. Strong and, taking Lucien's profession into account, nimble. She admired at them guiltily, knowing that Lucien's face was just a short glance's distance from them. She still didn't want to see his face. She didn't want to see whatever hate, pain or disgust for her that might be etched in his expression.

[Hm, ok. Well, the second is Sigma from now on.]

Lucien gave a soft chuckle as he thought. Her and Vicente would most likely get along swimmingly. Vicente was much kinder than he, though that didn't change the fact that he and Vicente were both murderers. Vicente never seemed to lose his temper, unlike Lucien. His face was, otherwise, expressionless, aside from the momentary amused smirk as he thought, which vanished as well.

[Yeah, me too. This plot is definitely something new to me and I'm luvin every bit of it!]

Sigma was silent for a moment before speaking over the silence once more. "Why don't you want to stay with the Brotherhood? Wait, what kind of name is 'the Brotherhood' anyway? Do you know how cliche that sounds?" She looked away from his hands and back at the road.

"I never said I didn't want to stay with the Dark Brotherhood." Lucien shrugged simply as they drove onto a gravel road. Less than fifteen minutes until they reached the point where they'd have to exit the car and ride the rest of the way. Lucien gave another glance at Sigma, really studying her. She was pretty, but then again, he'd seen many pretty women. He shook his head, growling at himself. That certainly wasn't something to think about at the moment.

She was a contract. And that was all she was.

Sigma bit her lip and turned her face away from Lucien when she caught the movement of his head in her peripheral vision. Staring out of the passenger seat window now, she pushed for a straighter answer. "Then why did you request a place away from them?" She reached up and ran her fingers through her dark hair, more of a habit than an attempt to push it out of her face. She didn't notice it fall back into place, nor would she care if she did notice.
