GoldTail Grinned Happily. Her Pray was in sight, all she had to do what time out her Pounce. She waited for what seemed like a Moon, and pounced. She missed the mouse by a second. "Rats Dung..." She muttered under her breath. She picked up what little pray she had Caught, and headed back to camp. Hopefully, the other cats had done better than she had..

Paws skittered across forest floor and growls and barks sounded behind. Silverstar's breathing was heavy as she ran from the danger. Looking back, she saw red, glowing eyes and the flashes of gnashing fangs. All of a sudden Silverstar tripped on something unknown, plunging to the forest floor. "Oof! she huffed as she hit the ground. The dogs behind her now fell silent. She could hear paw steps and rustling bushes all around her. They had surrounded her. Silverstar's eyes were wide, pupils slits, and chest heaving in fear. Her heart was racing and the blood pounded in her ears. What came next was the worst part, as she has already had this dream more than once. Dogs jumped out of the shadows on all sides and came down at her. She closed her eyes, knowing it would end soon, and as she opened them again, all that surrounded her was darkness. A sigh of relief escaped her maw as she sat up. Slowly, light filtered through her den. It was then that she realized that the moss in her nest was all over the den. She must have flung it all over when she was running in her dream. Silverstar shrugged and stood up, stretching her forelegs, them her back legs, and walked out of the den. By now she was calm, but the dream was still fresh in her mind. She shook her head and tried to think up some patrols, one of which she would be joining to get her mind off the dream. As she sat on the Highledge that jutted out from her den, more sun light began to warm the dark camp. Dawn was finally here.

An absolutely beautiful she-cat sat completely still in the clearing. Her smokey tail was curled around her delicate paws neatly and her dark grey tabby pelt was sleek and soft in the early sunlight. She'd always been an early riser and seemed to like the few moments of utter silence and complete loneliness of just sitting by herself, lost in her thoughts as her dark blue eyes stared aimlessly up to the sky.
Moonshade let out a content sigh and flicked one ear. She smelled another cat-scent and wondered who else was up. She blinked in the light, with her sparkling eyes and purred. She looked upwards, tilting her head up a little and called softly, "Good morning, Silverstar!"
