Xavier nodded his thanks, and ran out of the door. He skidded against the slippery floor, and ran to where he sensed bother the Gengar and the Darkrai. He tilted his head, staring. His ears were perked and alert, his eyes erect. He watched with Anticipation, ready to run up to Geng's side and help out if needed. As the Darkrai left, he followed, narrowing his eyes.

Sam nodded. "Alright, we'll go outside." She got up, nearly reluctantly, and walked to the door, opening it for Spirit. "Go ahead," she said, hiding her yawn.

Spirit took a step forward out the door than opened her wings and hovered upwards just above the ground. She scanned the dark area looking for any signs of Zen or the other Pokemon.

"Zen? Who are you talking to?"

She called out.

Zen looked up, trying to figure out who was speaking. Then, recognizing the voice, "Her name is Alaura, Spirit! Come down here and say hello!" She couldn't even see even the faintest outline of the Flygon, up in the sky. She tilted her head slightly.

Zen shrugged. "Who, Sam?" She scratched behind her ear. "Oh, well she's very nice. She lets me venture out. Of course, I return. You don't seem to like humans. Why is that?" She grinned. "I could show you Sam, if you want. You'd understand why I love her so much!" She suddenly returned to her bubbly mood, jumping up, her tail wagging. She was optimistic that Alaura would come with her back to see Sam.

Sam looked over to Spirit, sighing. "I know Spirit, I know. We just have to keep hoping. Kye is a Shaymin that is sure to find her way back. We just have to believe in her." She put her head on the table. Her eyes were fluttering open and shut each every five minutes. Time was ticking, and it was, seemingly, at least 10:00.

Alaura listened intently, a small smile still left on her face. She felt rather amused when the female Eevee offered her to see her owner, otherwise known as Sam. As if I would even touch the human. She didn't want to hurt Zen's feelings so she kept those thoughts to herself. "I'm not quite sure if I want to see this 'Sam'." A soft sigh escaped her lips as she remembered her past. Zen seemed to be excited about showing her Sam. The least the Flareon could do was make the Eevee's day and accept her offer. "I guess if you really want to show your owner to me, I wouldn't mind all that much."

Spirit heard Zen's reply, and looking back at Sam to see if she'd heard, Spirit took off towards the voice. A spot of red in the undergrowth signaled Spirit that Zen was with another Pokemon. She zoomed overhead, then circled and landed softly by Zen.
A Flareon huh?
she thought to herself as she examined the new Pokemon
