As Naruto arrived at the gate of the Konoha high school, he slumped his bag lightly off his shoulder, looking at the tall building. "wow.. first year of high school. Dang this place is big!" He rubbed the back of his head with a grin, obviously excited, yet a little nervous.

Sai was in the art room near the window. He was painting the cherry blossoms and the mountains in front of the school. He studied them closely, making sure to get every detail. But he then looked down at the crowd of people near the school entrance. "hmm.. If only they didn't move.." He had the need to draw them, but didn't. His eyes soon averted on over to Naruto. "He's finally here" He smiled a fake smile.

Sasuke walked slowly, with dejected footsteps, up to the school. "Great," he scowled, being bumped by the older kids bustling around him,"Another year of hell." He was bowled over by one particularly fat senior right into a familiar blonde. Well, more on top of him, but Sasuke had found Naruto either way.

Shikamaru leaned against a cherry tree, sleeping with his backpack by his side. A blossom petal fell from the branches and tickled his nose, making the lazy boy sneeze. The power of the sneeze woke him, much to Shikamaru's distaste. Damn it. He was still at school. He'd hoped it was a dream.

Kiba skipped through the crowds of dissappointed children, dissappointed himself that summer was over, but glad to get another year of school out of his way. He was gonna run the family farm when he grew up, no doubt. None of this math garbage or anything was going to help him with that, for he already knew everything he had to. This place was just a waste of time.

Naruto seemed to stumble over when he was bumped into. "hey what's the big idea?" but he shut his mouth, a big smile coming across his face. "Sasuke kun!" he laughed goofily, rubbing the back of his head. "man is it good to see you!" he would have hugged Sasuke, but he though about what would happen if he did.

(were we planning on doing some sort of Yaoi in this rp?)

((IDC. If you wanna. What were you thinking? SasuNaru?))

"Yeah, yeah," Sasuke righted himself. God, that was embarrassing. The faintest of blushes dusted his pale cheeks. They totally made him lose his Uchiha 'cool' in front of the whole school. "Hey." He looked at Naruto and his gaze softened a little. It wasn't the blond's fault. It was whatever a**h*le who had decided to bowl him over's fault.

Naruto chuckled a little. "So what just happened?" He asked, his hand rubbing the back of his head. "or did ya do that on purpose" He smiled at Sasuke, his eyes soft and heart warming.

"Some a**h*le bowled me over," Sasuke sighed, his eyes looking around for the offender. "So, no, it wasn't on purpose. That's like something you would do, dobe." He patted Naruto on the head in a sort of mocking, but somehow friendly, way.

"Heyheyhey!"Shikamaru waved when he saw Gaara. "What's goin on?" He walked over to Mr. Scary and leaned against the school building. Why did Gaara always stand in the corner? It's so not... normal...

"Hinata?" Kiba asked, glomping her from behind. He almost made them both fall over, but with his mad Kiba skills, he managed to save them both. "How ya doin?"
