Loki woke up,tossing and turning. Her belly could really go for a belly rub.Drifting her eyes shut,she soon began to dream.
Lokie appeared, covered in rows of flowers she tried to escape by pushing them out of the way.The flowers kept piling up on her until she fell face down inbetween a trapdoor.Opening the door,she slowly peeked out, a gigantic lighthouse and a stormy night awaited her.

Likes
Janii loves to be used. Obviously, not exploited- but to be given a part in something. Be it an exciting mission, or simply a game of "spies". She has a great love of any form of play at all, infact. Janii is quite happy to frolick in a field, or simply chase a friend around, through a puddle or forest with glee that can not be artificially recreated.
Petty as it may seem, this Oseum is also pretty much addicted to being proved right. She won't back down unless it's seriously neccessary, and though she'll never be cruel enough to say "I told you so", inside she's dancing for joy that she was correct.

Dislikes
Janii is equally dispassionate about being told she's wrong. The female is always completely sure of her actions, and being told she's made the wrong decision or said the wrong thing is like sticking a massive pin into the side of an inflatable bouncy castle. It may sound silly, but it's as close to the truth as you could imagine without seeing her- the walls of her reality seem to come crashing down around her. There's a lot more to this dislike than being stubborn.

Any Defining Strengths or Weaknesses?
Janii is only as talented as her mental barriers allow her to be. She has great potential, but is blinded by the fact she thinks she always has to look out for others who are close to her, when in reality they're perfectly capable of caring for themselves.
However, she's an amazing fighter if she tries, but does have a tendency to hold back.

Story
"Janii?"
Janii prized her brown eyes open, blinking as a bright ray of sun streamed into the old fox burrow the small family were inhabiting.
"Hey, Mum...I don't want to leave." She groaned, brown eyes soft and pleading. Janii's mother- who went by Letticia- had lost her mate last moon. The pair had travelled the country together for who knows how long- they were one of the rare couples who never settled.
However, they were also one of the only travelling pairs to successfully raise two young Oseum to adolescence. Without the support of a family that was no small feat, and Janii realised how lucky she was to have had two such dedicated parents. She was a teenager now, and so was more than capable of caring for herself. Orum- Janii's father- had died fending off a fox who had returned to the burrow he'd left a moon ago, only to find a small family of Oseum camping out there! Janii had infact been injured, her floppy tail had been snapped at and she still bore the scars.
Still, that had been the end of Orum and from then on Letticia had been a dependant wreck of her former self. The beautiful Oseum relied completely on Janii for emotional support, as well as food and guidance. The adolescent's brother- Chinu- had been of little help, simply loitering behind the pair of females and cleaning up their leftovers. Janii didn't approve of her brother, but whether she liked it or not he was family, and that the reason she'd always make sure he was okay.
The stubborn Oseum did not give dramatic displays of affection, but it was clear by the way she fought of Chinu and Letticia that she loved them fiercly. Janii was one to battle onewards, and when she was released from the ropes that were her family there was no doubt amongst the Oseums they had met that she'd do well once she left them.

Poem
Okay, I suck at poetry but I've been cooped up in the house all day and decided to give it a go. I'm not pleased with how it turned out, but figured I'd post it for a laugh.
If Janii were ever to take a mate or fall in love, she wouldn't make it public to the one who held her affections for a while.

I know you think
I don't care
But that couldn't be further
from the truth
All the times
you've fallen
I've been there to pick you up
And when you're up there
speaking
to the world
I'm the one who'll be waiting in the wings
the one who's built you up
the one who watches with pride
as a mother would a child
taking her first steps into the world

And I'm happy
to stand by
for
though I hate to admit it
you're more suited to glory than I
but ask yourself this-
do you never
see the look
in my eyes?
