Madame Finn
“I prefer to stick with formalities. It is a surprise I am not calling you Miss Whiskerrs.” She replied back tartly. “Ten years was not that long ago. If you cannot remember at least a bit of that time, it is a surprise you went into teaching, as it will involve actually using one’s mind.”
She stopped and gave an even more chilling glance to Eve. “That reminds me. You do not remember the most basic lesson of our school, do you? I do not want anyone using their powers except when needed. That means you should not scan the minds of the students unless you absolutely need information from them. It is an invasion of privacy. One I breeched much more discreetly than yourself when I felt your mind go a wandering. Just remember, you aren’t the only Telepath, and I bet you aren’t happy when someone reads your thoughts.”
Starting once more with her stride, she continued her path, going down the stairs. It was truly a wonder that such a cold woman would be warm-hearted enough to start a school, as she was not a people-person… As Eve had probably just realized.

His fingers were drumming away on his leg, as he waited in line, only about half-aware of his surroundings. The girl in front of him suddenly took a step back, right into him. He smiled, but cursed himself under his breath,. Their fighting teacher had warned them to remain aware constantly, if they wanted to live to see the age of twenty. He shouldn’t have zoned out.
The girl apologized, and his smile instantly grew. “Oh, it’s quite okay.”
She stepped back, but Elian was quick, grabbing her and forcing her to a stop before she could move anymore. Once she stilled, he let her go, offering yet another smile, but this time a small one. “I apologize as well, but you were about to step into the person in front of you in line.”

This was becoming quite annoying. Every room was the same, and none held any clues as to how to get out of there. She had even tried the front doors, but they were massive iron doors that looked like only a giant could move them. Sighing in an angry defeat, she stalked to her room, deciding to search for a way out later. She found the room thanks to the papers she had shoved in her pocket, which contained other so called ‘important’ things, like her schedule. She didn’t plan to go to any class, hoping to have gotten out by then. Her roommate, ‘Pea’ or whatever it was, seemed absent, and she had no idea who’s luggage was who’s. She wasn’t exactly carrying a bag when she had been dragged here, but had been told that clothing and other items would be provided. She flopped onto the bottom bed, playing with her bracelet to pass some time.
