Sigma was speachless with panic as her hands struggled weakly in Lucien's grip. She quickly went over her options in her mind. Her arms were trapped. Her legs were trapped under Lucien. All that was left was her head. With a grunt, she headbutted him and immediately began to see stars.

Lucien stayed where he was, though he went limp for a split second as he tried to regain his sight from the impact of her head on his. Lovely, he was going to have welts on his face now. Lucien was still quite handsome, despite the blood on is forehead and jaw. "Stop struggling, Allison!" he exclaimed, then his expression was quite... well, shocked.

Sigma didn't know who Allison was, but she did know that the mention of her name had caught Lucien off guard. She took advantage of this, curling her leg around his to unbalance him and then pushing him over. She heard a loud crash mixed with a rattle as his back hit the coffee table. She hoped it hurt.

Lucien let out a gasp as his back hit the coffee table, and he was dazed for a moment. He spat some blood on the ground, beginning to regret leaving his handgun in the room. Taking a deep breath, he lunged for his knife, grabbing it up and turning to "Katie". He stopped with the knife in the air, about to strike her, his eyes catching her gaze.

Sigma cringed as Lucien raised the knife and she scrambled backwards, away from him. Her eyes stayed locked on his as she waited for the killing strike. Why was he hesitating? Her hand fumbled for the champagne bottle behind her and her hand gripped it tightly as she looked up at him with tear filled, panicked eyes.

Lucien slowly lowered the knife, feeling, for the first time during a contract, sick to his stomach. He usually enjoyed the kill. That was one of the reasons he was an Assassin. But, when this-this mundane girl looked so much like Allison, staring at him with frightened, tear-filled eyes, he hesitated, against his will, of course. He lowered the knife to his side, his furious expression now somber and conflicted, his long hair now loose and ruffled.

Sigma scrambled into a standing position, still gripping the bottle tightly. Her knee length dress was now torn at the hem and a strap hung limply over shoulder. "Who are you..." she said, her voice flat.

"Lucien Lachance, Speaker of the Brotherhood. Assassin. And who are you?" he huffed, giving a vicious glare, though it was quite impossible for him to not look handsome, despite the blood dripping from his forehead and jawline.

Sigma's face changed from panicked to resigned. An assassin. She knew one would come sooner or later. "You're my assassin. Doesn't that mean you know everything about me?" She didn't know why she was even talking to this guy. She should be taking this chance to pelt him with the champagne bottle.

Lucien shook his head, wiping the blood from his face, his loose hair tangled from the fight. "No. The Brotherhood, and society, seems to know very little about you." The assassin said, his muscles still tensed if she attempted to make a move. He couldn't believe he was so stupid as to call her Allison.

She was not Allison.
