Bella buries her head in her arms and tries not to sob
How heavy fell the rain that day
From burdened clouds of mournful grey.
The torrent forced them stay their height -
Composure swayed by onerous might.
My skin wrung wet with icy chill
As mud embraced that sodden hill;
But mind of mine had elsewhere gone -
'Twas clouds abandoned I was on.

The torrent forced them stay their height -
Composure swayed by onerous might.
My skin wrung wet with icy chill
As mud embraced that sodden hill;
But mind of mine had elsewhere gone -
'Twas clouds abandoned I was on.
The driving drops advanced their gears
To camouflage my sneaking tears -
Whence now did swell such floods of pain
To see me melt into this rain…
On equal bearing now were we:
This rain, myself, in harmony.

(hovercraft scenes now people)
Velvet nervously walked towards the hovercraft. She was breathing deeply, trying to calm herself before the games began. Her heart was pounding and she felt rather sick and light headed. However she stepped into the hovercraft and sat down with her hands in her lap trying to look somewhat dignified
Eric was nearly running to the hovercraft. He wouldn't wait for the games to begin. It would mean that he could win sooner and go home rich and famous. All he'd ever wanted from life. He sat down in his seat completely relaxed with a big smile on his face

Velvet smiled back at Sophie and mouthed "good luck". She was trying her best not to show too many emotions, and talking would probably result in her crying on the spot

(quick note. Remember that the career districts form an alliance. [1, 2 and 4] so try to keep that tradition going please! Just makes it more like the books)
