I approach the acient, abandoned buliding with great hesitation... The inncocent noises from the neglected home tempt me to quickly stride into the first room. My fear decides to demolish this idea as I quietly sneak through the unwelcoming door. A creak echos through the empty hallway, the wallpaper lunges from the structure and the floorboards creak, causing me to become conserned for my own balance... My eyes scan the buliding as I pace through countless rooms, every corner lines with disgusting mold and unseen insects. The largest bedroom housed only one item, a rotting cardboard box. A small label that promotes an unclear language seals the box from the moonlight. I carefully ease off the weakened sticker and reveal an almost empty space... Almost. Motionless, in the corner of the abandoned box is a small creature of an unknown species... The creature's coat is littered with dust and shakes when touched. A completely innocent but hopeful face causes me to instantly become attached to the small animal. "Dusty..." I speak, rewarding the creature's hope with a name.

Woo:Burnt Cookie pawed at the string hanging over her head. It dangled RIGHT in front of her. She could catch it! She leaped up,and pounced on it,bringing it to the ground hard. The small person holding the string started to cry as the string was torn out of her feeble hands. An older person came in,and picked her up,cradling her. Burnt Cookie sighed. She was only playing! And,these people had taken her from her mother. She wished she had someone who could do something like that to her.

Cookie mewed and looked up at the older person with big, sad eyes. The older human picked up Burnt Cookie by her scruff and opened a big panel of wood. Cookie was flung outside. She mewed and wailed, clawing at the door, even crying a little bit. The people didn't come and get her until it was way past dark. Burnt Cookie mewed and raced away from the people when they let her come in. She hid a basket of soft plushies. Cookie fell asleep, yawning as she closed her eyes.

He is scared and alone. He needs a home, you walk in the abandoned house and see him in a corner. You walk up to him and pick him up. He feels cold, so you wrap your jacket around him. He falls asleep in the warmth. When he wakes up, you bring him food and water. He eats the whole bowl, he drinks the water slowly. You decide to adopt him and name him Bones. Bones, the cat who finally has a home.
