|| Jessica Allen Cooper ||xxXxx Jessica returned from the tack and feed store, taking everything she bought into the tack room. The woman sighed, adjusted her polo shirt, and and boots and began to neatly braid her hair to keep it out of the way. She finnished putting everything away and walked out into the main part of the barn, looking around. The firmiliar smell of horses was comforting to her. She walked over to her stallion who whickered excitedly for some attention. She smiled, rubbing her stallion's forhead and chuckled. she pulled a mint from her pocket and placed in the palm of her hand and offered it to the stallion, who in turn took it gently from the woman's hand. He crunched on it, turning his head to watch bBolt and James, ears flicking towards the duo. He returned his attetnion to his mistriss, and probbed at her pockets for another mint, but unfortunately Jessica had no more. The woman contiued to rub her stallions forehead.

Calvin Rodgers
Poking his head into the stall, raising his hands when the stallion seemed to lunge forward at his sudden appearance, Calvin smiled at Jessica. He quickly licked his lips and looked down to the cement floor, hand absently rubbing the stubble on his chin, forgetting to shave this morning. "Hey, Jess." Taking a deep breath and working up the nerve, he raised his head and wiped his sweaty forehead with the back of his hand. "What are your plans for tonight?"
Adelia Smith
It was hard being the new girl on the property. Sitting on the tailgate of her old Tacoma, Adelia picked at a bag of trail-mix, really only eating the chocolates. She stared across the way at her mare grazing and took a few peanuts, tossing them over the fence. Seeing as though nothing could catch the horses attention, she laid back, staring up at he sky. "What am I ever going to do."

|| Jessica Allen Cooper ||xxXxx Jessicaturned, a smile pulling at her mouth. she kept rubbing Hugo nose as she conversed with the man "Hello calvin." she said, running her finger along Hungo's halter. She thought for moment, she didn't have anything to do until tomorrow when she'd have the new rider meeting, so she was free tonight. "I don't have anything to do tonight, why?" she asked, pretty much knowing what he wanted, but she'd let him ask. She watched Emily play with Miller for a moment, before turning her attention back to Calvin. she then looked back at Emily and shifted to her other side "Emily, i believe it's time for you to work Rose." she said, raising an eyebrow. Emily looked up, and gave a sigh, rubbing miller once more, before turning on her heels and got Rose's Halter and began making her way to the paddock to get Rose. She wanted Emily to start competing again, but Emily just couldn't bring herself to do it after her accident. Emily slipped under the gate, too lazy to open it, and began walking out to retrieve Rose, from her normal place, out towards the ranch house that was right infront of the mare's paddock. He slung the halter and lead over her shouldand contiued walking.

Ally Sommers
Horse: Gemini Secret
Working Horse: Comic Outlaw
Pet:Alfie
Location: Outside/Barn
Doing:Seeing to her horses
Ally turned back to Ashton, signaling towards Cosmo as he galloped up and down the fields gating. "Em...I need to bring him in, and work Gemini...I'll catch up with you later" she told him, smiling briefly before she stepped back, turned and walked to Cosmo. No, the gelding hadn't been out long, but he was destroying the field, and possibly wearing out the poor goats. At the paddock, it was only Ally's appearance that made the gelding stop what he was doing and trot over to her at the gate, looking for food for sure. She clipped the lead rope onto his leather halter, and give him the horse cookie that he knew she had. She led the gelding back to the barn and put him back into his stable. She didn't care about Kale's stallion who lived one stable over. He would have to get used to Cosmo being there, because he wasn't going anywhere until he was trained well enough that nobody will want to sell him on. It was her way of making sure that the gelding never had to go through past experience again. He would be fit to enter shows. Like all the horses her family trained. Once in the stable, she took off his cooler and lead rope, leaving him in only a halter. This way, everyone could see what a flashy horse he was. She went to put the lead rope away, and grabbed her tack. Gemini was already groomed. That was a job done from when she let the mare in from the field. Gemini appeared happy to see her, so Ally tacked her up straight away before leading the mare out into the yard. She didn't need anyone there while she rode, she didn't plan on jumping very big. Gemini looked flashy as Ally led her out, like an actual show horse, Her gait showed excitement, her head was held high with her ears alert. Ally easily mounted the mare from the ground, fixing into her seat when she got into it. Her stirrups were fine, seeing as she owned the saddle. Therefore, she had nothing in need of adjusting. She held no whip, or wore no spurs, and easily walked Gemini to the outdoor arena.

{ @TooCloseToLoveYou - just a friendly bump, I know you're busy with school and everything. } Alexa followed Amy-Mae outside, wondering where her dog was. She whistled her special call for her dog; two sharp whistles and two sharp clicks. Aurora came bounding from around the corner, her white-tipped tail wagging happily in the air. She bent down to stroke her lovingly, "Where have you been, you nutter?" she joked with a smile. Ay grinned at Alexa, her tongue lolling out her mouth like a cheesy smile. Alexa stood up and faced Amy-Mae; "Are mares and geldings/stallions kept separately?"
James took his event saddle and bridle from the tack room. It was newly polished, as he stayed up last night preparing everything for Rosewood Stables. Bolt saw he as he returned, throwing his head up and down with excitement. James slid into the stall, giving Bolt a pat with his free hand. The big chestnut gelding sniffed at his striking red and gold saddlepad, smelling the clean aroma of washing powder. Grabbing a body brush from the grooming kit he had left in the stall earlier, he whisked away any of the loose hairs left behind by the travel rug. Quickly, James slid the saddle and saddlepad onto his back, easing it into place. The boy could barely see over his horse's withers. He caught the girth and tightened it, the metal buckles clicking into place. He swung the bridle into his right hand, clasping it in front of Bolt's face. The gelding glanced uneasily at James before apprehensively taking the bit; he would always remember being bitted too early by his old owners and the hard metal against his baby teeth.
In quick succession, Bolt was ready to be ridden. James led him out carefully, grabbing his hat and clipping it securely on his head. Bolt looked down at his owner, towering over him. Looking around the stables, James was very tempted to find someone and ask if the stables had a mounting block, or even better, if they could give him a leg-up. He glanced around, hoping to spot someone.
((OMG. I'm so sorry! I've not just has school issues, i have a broken laptop as well. I don't know when my laptop will be back, it was taken yesterday.))
Come back and tell me why
I'm feeling like I've missed you all this time, oh, oh, oh
And meet me there tonight
And let me know that it's not all in my mind
I just wanna know you better know you better know you better now
I just wanna know you know you know you
'Cause all I know is we said "Hello"
And your eyes look like coming home
All I know is a simple name
Everything has changed
All I know is you held the door
You'll be mine and I'll be yours
All I know since yesterday is everything has changed
All I know is we said "Hello"
So dust off your highest hopes
All I know is pouring rain and everything has changed
All I know is the new found grace
All my days I know your face
All I know since yesterday is everything has changed

K A L E
He woke up a bit later when Sora began nudging him for food. He rolled out of bed and dug through the bags until he found her food. He dropped it into a bowl he found and changed his clothes while she chowed down. Kale yawned, wishing he could have had more sleep, but he knew it would be best to check out the property a bit more and perhaps lunge Storm. Getting some exercise into the young stallion would most likely get him to calm down faster, which Kale thought would be a good idea.
Sora trotted sternly by Kale's side once he had laid down some ground rules with her. He was never sure how much got through the thick wolf skull of hers, but Sora was a smart, and Kale trusted her all the time to do as he said. A lounge line swung from one hand, while he had a large whip in the other, as he headed into the barn.
Storm nickered a greeting and pressed up against the wall of stall as soon as he scented Kale and Sora. Kale backed the stallion up with a cluck before clipping on the lead rope he had left on the front of the stall. Sora gave a playful growl and Kale rolled his eyes. "Fine." He muttered, passing her the lead rope once he had clipped it onto the stallion's red halter.
The mix proudly trotted from the barn with Storm trailing behind her, not looking too impressed. This gave Kale time to sort out the tangled lunge line as he followed after the pair. Once they reached the large arena where they could lunge, Kale switched ropes and got Storm working while Sora began exploring the surrounding area.

"Would you like to go out tonight? To have food? Well.. Eat it." His cheeks grew red as he fumbled or the correct words to say. He shouldn't feel this buffoonish around Jess. He's known the woman for years. Shifting his weight from one leg to the other, he leaned against the old wood, still keeping an eye on the girl. "If you're not up for dinner, I think a trail ride would fit also."

|| Jessica Allen Cooper ||xxXxx Jessica nodded "Dinner sounds great." She said, then she heard trail ride. The thought for a moment "how about we go get dinner, then if it's not too late we can see about that trail ride." she said, offering up to suggestion. She hadn't really had the time to ride Hugo as much as she wanted the past few weeks and she could tell Hugo was getting very antsy. She waited for Calvin's answer, slipping her hands into her pockets, a slight smile on her face.

Leaning in so he can get a good look at Jess, Calvin smiled, blowing wind in her face. "Get cleaned up gorgeous. I really want to take you some place nice.." He leaned back, about to head his own way, remembering that he forgot to mention something. Tapping his hand against the stall door, he quickly added. "Don't forget to wear your dancing shoes." He didn't wait for an answer before jogging down the barn isle, clicking his heels at the entrance. He felt good and wasn't afraid to show it.
