Izaya shared information he had on the yellow scarves and their leader kida. Once done, he agreed to meet them tommorrow so he could get paid before hanging up. "How strange. Another color gang and yet they only ask about one gang." He said aloud, setting the phone down.

Izaya sat at his computer tell there was a knock at the door and he blinked, standing up and going over to the door. He opened the door to see a girl half his height holding a briefcase. "Your payment." She said. "I thought I was getting it tommorrow." He said. "My boss said seens I was in the area I should deliever it to you early." She said. That's when izaya noticed the blue jacket with an oceanic design on it. He shrugged it off but took the case and he bid the girl farwell as the girl bowed and left.
