Sapheara looked at him and felt her heart jump, She sighed, "Why is this happening?" She whispered to herself. She glanced at him again, hoping he understood sign language she made small movements that translated to, 'Urgent: Wait five minutes then follow.' She stood up and muttered something to thee person beside her about feeling sick. She gave Otac one last look then walked to the training room door, which was locked, and leaned against it, waiting for Otac.

otac watched her leave puzzled she either told him to meet in 5 or she had an urgent need for a pickle and vinegar taco but he wasn't sure so he went with the meet her in 5

Sapheara really did feel sick, and as five minutes rolled by she had to run to a trash can again. She groaned as she brushed her teeth again and leaned against the wall for support. She hoped Otac didn't mistake her message for something about pickles. It had been a long time since she learned sign language. She moaned as she felt queezy again. she looked at the clock, five minutes had passed.

Sapheara looked up and saw Otac, "Hey, um, look away for a second." She ran to the trash can and got sick yet again. she looked at him, "Wow, you've got quite the fist on you." She stood up and looked at him, "I can't pretend to love you..." She stated then finished, "Because I think I really am."

otac looked at this girl and began to realize the same thing she was thinking. he walked up to her "i don't care what they pull i won't let them hurt you" otac said before he leaned in and planted a kiss on her lips

Sapheara was shocked at first, then closed her eyes and kissed him back, her arms looping around his shoulders and leaned into the kiss. Her heart leapt and her body flowed with warmth. Slowly she pulled away, "Wow." she whispered, "What do we do?"

"we confess" he said calmly "the careers won't get very far without me" he said as he hugged her tightly and kissed her again

Sapheara smiled and let him kiss her, she pulled away reluctantly and hugged him, "Why did this have to happen here? At the hunger games? Why couldn't we have met in a town square like normal people?" She sighed and touched his cheek, "We both know what has to happen eventually, unless we can trick the game makers."

"then that is what we will do and if we can't i promise i will save you and make sure you win" he whispered and kissed her again "i don't want this to be pretend" he said just barley audible

Sapheara smiled, "Its not pretend, I can assure you." She sighed, "Its probably almost time for your interview, and Ever is probably wondering where you are." Sapheara touched his cheek, "I swear, if she lays one hand on you at the cornacopia I'll kill her myself." She growled darkly, her face softened and she spoke normally again, "Be careful okay. If there are trees there, run into them and climb to the tops, out of sight." She kissed his nose, "We're gonna survive, BOTH of us."
