They could do pets based off different types of land... like one mountainous, one lake, one desert, one forest, one moor... The pets could start off with a mother-earth type theme or a picture of Planet Earth on the blanket/egg/caterpillar/whatever, and and as they grew up would turn into one type of terrain.
It does the 'around the world' thing without worrying about leaving out countries. <3 Although the continents idea does that too...

The Flower Cats

The flower cat litter 
The blankets shows a field of flowers. There is a PPS, a daisy PPS, it has a daisy behind its ear and is cream-colored with light yellow dots and stripes.
There are tulip cats, rose cats, etc. They all are the basic flower color with little markings and have the flower behind their ear/on their tail/leg.
There could be common cats, of course with common flowers (tulip, rose, lily, flowers that everyone knows)
And rares, like a corn flower cat, or a water lily cat
How do you like that idea, guys?

The first two cant be 2nd gen because the light brown dog is already 2nd gen.
