Thread of time, transforming night.
I can't know what these feelings are, but I have them with you, and I miss them without you.

With her mind back mostly for the time begin she tryed her best to reasure Alec to see him smile to her once again or at least to help herself that he still cared a bit about her when mostly she felt the monster in this battle. The one who felt the ned to die from the fault, or to be rid of. With a gaze up into his eyes as he gently rubbed her head as well as giving her a small smile he rose up to gaze down with a look of mixed feelings at her own. The smile once there disspeared into his face with his eyes now telling what he felt before turning away. Sadness, and pain though mostly pained shined in his eyes making her own become glassy from slight tears building in her eyes to image what he must have felt against he. She hurt him. He trusted her with not turning into a monster, but she did, and now ever time he had to save her like some worthless girl who didn't know how to defend herself, and even when she had to chance to prove to him she was strong someone got into her way to crush his trust in her more and more. Now he could barely even look into her eyes like a moment ago without have pain run though there eyes. He let out a soft word asking her to stay put as he went off to let his anger out hard among the brinks of the white wall of the center with his fists. Each pound made her eyes shut tightly in anger again at herself from making his own mind hurt himself to even calm himself down when she couldn't, and that angered her. When she finally got done with the boiling warmth of anger heating her body like a fire she turned to notice Alec now on the ground with his back against the grass, one bloody hand resting against his chest well both, and his eyes squezzed shut. She knew she shouldn't do this, but she did. Getting up she moved toward him with the swift speed and grace of her wolf legs to look down beside him as her warm breath filled the air around him, and even then she noticed shaking coming from his body. Her eyes glanced down at him before her mouth licked at his hand gently that rested against his chest as she dared to clean off the blood that came form several spots on his hand, and even so her mind so sad with pain did another unthinkable thing her mind did not care for. She stopped her licks for a moment before circling him once to let her back rest against his left side while her head on his chest with a soft whimper of her voice. The whimper included a push of his hand to with her wet soft nose. "Please, stop hurting yourself for me. I don't think I am worth the trouble of it anymore if I always am a problem for you," she forced out of her mind to his where it was laying and hoping with some luck her voice would be heard with all the emotion she felt inside his own.

Milo was alright as of now, but the idea of the memories along with the slight burn sent his skin over the edge with scales of white like a rash or something popping up against his skin without even noticing it. His brother the younger one yet only by a few months went crazy form a unknown reason to send dogs in his own words after him? His own blood? He knew his brother well enough he would find clothes stole by his brother from just tricks, but to kill him it was just unheard of by his brother who mostly would be nice to him no matter what he did. Has a spell worn off? Or has someone found him to remove all the spells placed on his chest the last time? These ran though his head till a sudden voice spoke up though his thoughts as well as a hand moving in front of him as if to focus on it. She said something about following her finger right? He knew he might as well do what she said to avoid father pain or at least focus on something other then pain for at least a few minutes before he had to find out how to save his younger brother from killing himself in the process, or even other experiments. As he focused on her hand she felt the cloth dig deeper into the wound as the blood from his body seemed to be losing more even with the slight motion and a slight clutch of his hand told of the slight pain form the harder digging the cloth did with his wound. Though after a few moments of silenece he spoke up to her his eyes blinkign against the rising sun or at least to gain some knowlelge for his future companions. "Hey whats your name by the way, so hopefully after I can thank you with a proper way of doing so? I mean I am Milo, and I betI am not the best of looking right now so yea wished we met better terms, but its nice to meet you at least."Each word was forced from the mind to the body to at least get the few words out form his weak body aching. He felt the needed to sleep which is why the words he repeated in his head sounded foggy, and as well as forced form his lips, but at least he got something out which was good non the less.

Natalia shook her head. "No, I'm okay now, I think." She could already feel the pain starting to ebb away. The pain that the magic inflicted only lasted a short while, and the time for her was just about up. She sat up slowly and gingerly rubbed the back of her head.

Cass nodded as Natalia slowly sat up, she wasn't exactly smiling, but the girl did appear miraculously better than she had a while ago. "You recover very quickly, is that part of your powers too?" Cassalia asked. Now that she was pretty sure the girl wasn't going to die, she was becoming a bit more curious. And so were the mice. One of them was sitting on her hand now, and she lifted it up carefully.

Natalia shook her head. "No. But the curse that inflicts the damage doesn't let the pain and weakness last long. It's meant to be a short punishment, not an eternal scar."

He hadn't even heard her pad up to him until he felt the rasps of her tongue on his hand. Even then his eyes chose to only open into slits, carefully avoiding staring down towards his hands again. The warmth of her furry yet misty body made him aware again of how icy chilled his body was. After she circled him and laid down beside him, Alec could only let out a cool breath of air and press his side into her fur. He felt her lay her head on his chest and softly nudge one of his hands. There wasn't a way for him to look at her without seeing his own blood. Ignoring that fact, he pushed himself up till he was sitting crosslegged. He cradled her head in the palm of his hands and softly rest his forhead against her broad wolf-like one. "Lew, I don't even know. It's hard. It's what I've done my whole life. Escaping from people and hurting myself for never making friends. The friends I did make made me feel terrible and so I'd hurt myself for even being around them. Thats why I was by that lake when we met. Someone had gotten into trouble. Thats why when we got seperated I almost chose to take myself out instead of going through the process of finding you. I knew this would happen again, it always does. The only reason I've probably not broken any more bones then I have is because of you." Alec wrapped his arms around her neck, ignoring the pure agony of his moving his hand. A soft shiver ran through his body. The weight of these words hurt to admit, but he wanted them gone. "My sister. You remember when we met? I was mad because I couldn't see right? And how I said something about her? Izzy was my sister, I was thirteen. Barely even old enough to not be thought of as a child anymore. I- They were running tests. Everyone knew better then to try and seperate the two of us, we were blood related." His voice quivered again, and his arms around her hugged a little harder. "W-when they tried to take the two of us to different rooms, they had already given me enough experimental shots that my power could activate on its own. When it sensed I was in distress-" He burried his head in her silky fur, not wanting to go on yet wanting to. There was no one he sharied this with, not even all the scientists knew about what happened. They just knew it was his fault for all those killings that day. "You know how it just doesn't stop sometimes? Like when you said you'd be my eyes if I concentrated on the raw energy of it? Well, Izzy said something like that to me then. She- she.... there was screaming. Lots of blood. I couldn't see past the wall of flames in front of me, yet I was loving the feeling. I thought I was so powerful, standing there with flames billowing around me. She screamed, she was right there. The whole time, still refusing to leave my side. I don't even remember her power. She had crystals and feathers in her hair, thats all I remember. They were the first things to catch fire. A-she was gone. I watched her burn. Everyone in that room. They all died slowly from burns. All because of me, I killed my own sister."
Alec clenched his teeth when his voice broke, and couldn't stop the tears that slid from his eyes. He didn't even try to wipe them away, just laid there with them running down his cheeks as he held onto the wolf-form of Lulu. For a moment he refused to move, though soon he figured she'd want the rest of the story so he turned his head slightly towards the up-rising sun. "Thats why I don't get close to people. Everyone that tries gets hurt. It's like my heart is made from fire. Every time I get close, some way or another they get hurt. I doubt my emotions for them, and then I hurt them even more. When I get left so pity-full, hopeless, or tired, the power just takes over like it owns my mind. Thats when other personality kicked in. It's like a double sided one. Whenever it comes out my powers either stop working or come full-on. I get locked into the back of my own mind, it's scarry and closed off. All the thoughts echo around me and its hard to breath. If I stay there too long my thoughts get mashed together and I litterally can't breath. Like the unspoken words are chocking me. When I get let out again I have this craving for someone to be in pain. Thats why I hurt myself so often, if I don't then it might happen again like with Izzy. I don't want to take that chance with you Lew, its why I stayed up all night last night, it's why when my power kicks in I get crazy, thats why when I fight my eyes start to burn red. That personality is always there, ready to be let out and to releash its own pent up anger and want for hurt. I've been lucky to hold him back for so long with you, last night... it was only a glimpse. He's stayed for weeks at a time, destroying anything I've ever worked up." His voice was weak and stressed, and his eyes when he pulled away from her at last were ringed with amber and green. They were actually his original eye-color, amber eyes with flecks of green.

Lew didn't move when he sat up to gently grasp her head with his rough ragged bloody hands with her misted black fur that already was mistign around his hands that curled at the edges of her black soft clouds of black. Her eyes of ice lifted upwards as he began to speak not wishing to ingore him at his time of letting his pain out, but she knew to be prepeared for a sad story tale like she had owned. With his forehead rested against her wolf like one she let of a soft breath of air form her massive jaws as her eyes closed on the outside to raise her ears for his voice that happened only seconds later. He began with unknwon thoughts that swirled in his mind. The finding her by the lake bank that day, and the reason he was there as well which was not surpirsing sence she had expected at first he was lookign for something though she hadn't mentioned it nor did she now as she listened again. When he finished speaking of his bones breaking she tensed gently with her legs as his arms wrapped now arodun her big large neck to ignore the pain he must have felt in his hand. Though she didn't move as a soft shiver ran though his body when he layed against her, and easily not trying to make him move anymore for her her tail as well as a slight shift of her weight she moved her tail against his side to help him from the chills he must be getting form the light brezzes in the morning sunlight. Though right now she bet Alec felt grey inside from the past coming up to the surface like blood baths of pain, and it made her burn with a pain for him about his past. This time when he spoek it was easy to tell now it was from his sisters death. With the hurt in his voice as well as a break in the sentence soon after from cracks. He hugged her harder hoping to hide form this pain, and even her own voice let out a soft whimper plus a nuzzle to his neck before returning to the normal side where her head rested against her large paws with her ears directly up. His voice again voiced out, but this time when he finished of sharign the story of her death he let tears flow out from his face when he was done or her death about how she refused to move, and burned to death. She knew it was a risk with Alec, and she understood. But, she knew no matter what she was ready for that risk, and even if he did attack her she would still love him, and still save him no matter the cause because she cared about him as much as if she needed air to take in. She needed him. Or course hsi side was dangerous enough to kill her, but she hoped one day in time she might be able to help him with both of his sides, and hopefully let him love her with both. Now with his head towards the sun above there heads he spoke this time a bit sad, and red eyed from the tears, but she listened carefully at the words while her eyes as well as head moved to face his own. Voice finished with weak and stressed she slowly felt her body changing back not from her own accord, but from a desire to reasure him more then her wolf form could allow. Body snapped down into her muscls not even letting a scream utter thoguh her voice as the pain went thoguh her like fire, but soon when he face returned and her eyes once again the small with rusty brown hair flowing behide her she let a hand rest against hsi cheek as she gently held it in her palm with her own words soft and gentle. "Alec, no matter what I won't leave you. I know you have done horrid things in your past, and I bet you hate yourself for what happened to your sister, but I think for how long you have hurt yourself I bet she wants you to be happy. Just like I want you to. I am not afraid of your bad side, and I will love that side as well, but your you and nothing can change my feelings. I love you Alec, and nothing about that will change. Even in my bad side, It will not change, though I am sorry about that attack I was.." she gulped gently her voice hard in her thoat. "Locked away. I am dissapointed in myself that I couldn't tell you. Though I can now. I never knew this till long ago when I killed two attackers bursting into my house with my family inside." Her voice was hard, as if trying to bring up a long ago memory though it equaled with fear in her voice as well as shown pain. "My dad fought them and died, and my mother was next to be attacked, and me scared as I was I ran to my sister grabbing her hand before dragging her into the room that was my own. She was shot when they busted in, but I fought will I did somethign terrible. Before I went out into blackness I remember changing, my heart on fire, my body burning with flames, my eyes red as blood, my entire begin evil. Then I went out and I don't remember much. I was told blood layed around me as my hands covered with there blood, and I was sent to a center much like this one where I was tested by white coats like the police ordered for my problem as they put it." She said now hugging Alec a bit with her hands around him even if he did wish it she did so. "I was poked, and like a lab rat tested with my DNA. Though I escaped they had most of my files before I left, and what I didn't remember just till last night when fire grew in my heart was I owned the black heart. The black heart is something, that can change forms like my raptor, cat and now wolf one. I will chnage into whatever it suits, and it needs blood of others to live sort of like a vampire. Plus it loves the fact fo blodo just like one, which sickens me. Though with the animal as it grows it develops a certain animal to pick as its change. Once overtaken by the normal heart the mind of the one owning it gets forced to the back of the mind, and once its gives in to the orders it comes back to let you have control of your actions with its blood powering you." Her voice broke a bit as soft eyes began to glass up with slight tears. "I couldn't help myself when I attacked you. It was just so hard to fight it, and I am sorry. I want you to trust me Alec, and I still wish for that, but I am so sorry. I ask for you to forgive me, and if it helps I will try to fight it away if you wish. I will hold it hard inside of me so that I can see you smile once again without pain. Though, I just ask for you to forgive me." Her voice said softly in tears that came from her face as her eyes went red against the tears with red rims as well. Even now her black heart did not rage from such emotions as if it wished for her to have some time for herself before I got hungry later on, and for right now with the blood of the auto it was fine with whatever she wished even maybe sad with her as she hoped to know. With a last hug she pulled away her hands shaking against her knees which where fold behide her as she sat there knees in front of Alec, and her jeans already torn where stained with her tears as they dropped form her iced eyes. It was hard to tell all of her story to Alec even when so much felt so lived though again by pain, but even if she looked weak right now crying in front of him it was somethign she couldn't help no matter what she tryed. It was past pain. 'Sweety, past is past, you must be happy for the future for then the future can be happy to you,' he father once uttered to her, and for her it was a soft moto she lived by no matter the cost though even now she forgot the moto too let tears escape her heart.

When she finished talking and took to crying, at first all Alec could do was stare at her. Eyes wide, eyebrows up and his mouth slightly open. Was she for real? If anything he really should want her to forgive him. Her story was much, much worse then his and he was glad she'd been able to share it with him. It meant a lot to him that they could both open up to each other so much, and it was even better now that she was human and he didn't have to strain to catch words that were somehow sent from her mind to his. He finally was able to hug her tightly, and when he did he found that his balance was a little off from being able to see the blood on his hands. Keeping his arms around her back when he tumbled to the ground, Alec pulled her down beside him and softly smiled at her. "Thank-you," He was grinning, shaking his head like he couldn't believe that they'd actually told each other so much about them. There wasn't even a real reason for why he was grinning, chuckling lowly now too. His eyes lit up with a new joy, his whole face reflected his happy mood. Then he seemed to register something and frowned for a second. "Why would I need to forgive you?" He kissed her behind her ear, and softly whispered into her ear, "You've done so much for me I thought it'd be obvious. If I hadn't forgave you, why do you think that I'd share everything? You practically know everything now," Alec laughed softly again, grinning like the fool he was. Pulling her closer to him, he kissed her cheek this time, a quirky smile splayed on his face. "But if it matters, I forgive you Lew." He leaned his forehead on hers, a gentle smile tugging at one side of his lips now. For now, they were safe. They could think peaceful thoughts and not have to worry about dealing with Unknown or that wierd man-turning-into-a-dragon guy. Hopefully they could just stay away from him at all costs. Alec wrapped his arms around her shoulders and sighed softly. His body was terribly taxed for once, and all he could think about was sleep.
"Do you think it might ever so possibly be possible for me to sleep for an hour or two? I've been almost fighting with my eyes closed for the past few days, let alone not having slept at all last night, or, the night before last. Yeah- whichever one it is now."

Elizabeth laughed softly and lowered her hand back to the ground by her side. As her finger tips again brushed dirt, she raised her head to the sky and stared up at the splash of colors streaking the expanse. Dimmly she wished that all of earth would be able to see this exact part of the sky. The colors were her favorite- the blues of morning and soft oranges, reds, and light purples. "Well, its not much of a change for me, seeing someone hurt or in pain. I'm use to it, actually, I've learned that it helps bring out people's character all the more." She reached behind her for a moment, her right hand still pressing the strips of his shirt firmly onto his side. When he hand came back, she was holding a budding rose on her fingertips. The stem had criss-crossing thorns and some that came to a jadded end. She stared deeply at the red rose for a moment, her fingers softly twirling it around. The soft blossoms felt good against her raw tips. Liz lifted the flower to her nose and gently inhaled the scent of it. The simple smell of flowers wafted over her, and a smile bloomed on her face, almost like a flower blooming. "Well Milo, my name's Elizabeth." Her eyes rose up to watch him again, the flower still supported on her fingertips only. "Do you like flowers?" She offered the flower to him, lifting it up so he could grab it by either the stem or the blossoms.
