"Fire?" Flippy's head shot up quickly and he started to breathe heavily and quickly. Fliqpy's sharpened teeth started to show. "Try and relax. It's going to hurt you.. I mean me." His breathing started to slow down. Ok good, now help her you fool!" he thought to himself. Flippy ran to her side. "I'll be back with water. Try to put it out." Flippy told Flaky.

Flaky nodded and did as told,wimpering.

Flippy ran off towards the river. "Ok need a leaf." He looked around for a large leaf. Flippy found one floating in the river half way filled with clear, cold water. "Ok this should be good." he barked. Flippy walked over to the water's edge and reached is neck to grab the leaf form the river. "Almost got it.. Ahh!" And Flippy fell into the icy water. "I don't have time for this." he complained. Flippy swam slowly to the leaf. It seemed to take hours to get to the leaf but he finally made it. He grabbed it in his mouth and jumped out of he water. Water spilled out as he ran back to Flaky. When he reached her Flippy let go o the leaf and let the water spill over the fire. "Better?" he asked.

Flaky let out a sigh.She nodded weakly.

"Well that's good." Flippy let out a sigh of releif. He walked closer to her and laid down next to her. "So.." he started to say to start a conversation.

Flippy smiled back at her. "What do you want to do?" he asked in random boredom.

SHe smiled up at him,then looked away with a blush."I just want to stay with you."

"Same here." he blushed under his fur. "So Flaky, I wanted to tell you something for a while." he said in a smile.
