Kudo smiled at her, rolling his eyes. "Why do girls have to be so dramatic?'' He looked up at the sky after a moment and he frowned. "We should probably run back... We can't have the walls close without us inside them!'' He said it kind of like a joke, but was honestly kind of worried.

Jordan cocked her head slightly, a bit confused. "Why? What happens when the walls close?" She asked in a slightly-worried voice.

Kudo suddenly realized how much of a Greenie she was. He sighed. "Just start running, okay?... The walls are what protect us Gladers from the Greivers, these terrible, slimy... pointy things that attack us. It's hard to explain - They're pretty buggin' terrifying, though. So if we're not inside when the walls close... We're dead. That would suck pretty bad, huh?''

Jordan nodded slowly, suddenly alarmed. "Oh. Okay, good idea then. Let's go." She grabbed his wrist and started to sprint as fast as her short legs would carry her.

Kelvin walked around the glade. He had recently pulled out another Greenie, so he was a bit irratated though that he had pullled out like three today XD.

Kudo ran beside her. "Good thing you're a fast runner. Especially for a Greenie." He smirked. "You don't even act like one."

Jordan shot him a side-long glance, rolling her eyes. "I try not to." She replied with a slight shrug. "It could be perceived as a weakness." She hated the thought of seeming weak more than just about anything. Then again, she didn't really remember anything.

"Well then when everyone comes here they're usually 'weak'. It's just a common Greenie personality! You're all confused, you have no idea what's going on... Usually you don't meet someone as awesome as me either." Kudo smirked, continuing to run and knowing that they were close to the entrance. He hoped they'd get there in time... It was pretty dark.

Jordan glanced around, trying more than anything else not to read his mind. "Well then, if you're considered 'awesome', this place must be really horrible." She replied teasingly and smirked right back at him. "And besides, I'm not your common Greenie."
