you just go to the layer marked dirt and erase, erase the dust layer too. (The top 2 layers)

For people who can't erase: You have to click on it. EXAMPLE: There is layer one, layer two, and layer three. You want to color on layer two. Just click once on the word, "Layer Two" Get the example? I hope it helped.
