I hoard lions, though I don't care for duplicates of my one male... if I get any more males, they'll have to be a different color. Because that's just how this pride is. xD

I don't have a hoard. I don't see the point of having more than one of each kind of pet. The only exception is the calico warrior cat - I have two of them cos one represents my cat Wendy, the other one is my sister's calico Tasha.
