A poem I wrote about elves:


Slanted green eyes peered out from the tree
Watching the beautiful sunset.
They saw what no human eyes could see
For it had not happened yet.
A battle would rage between human and elf
And the elves would certainly win.
But any blood spilled for only yourself
Is nothing but a sin.
The elf whose eyes were slanted and green
Gracefully leapt from the tree.
She ran to stop the raging war she’d seen
To help her friends in need.
When she arrived she knew just what to do
She stepped in front of the Elven crown.
She was the princess, the king couldn’t attack.
All he could do was frown.
The human army’s king took a step back
Not sure if he should back down.
His decision was made when the prince pushed him aside
And demanded peace should win.
The king had no choice so he had to abide.
The war, to peace, gave in.

Any books to recommend? I have millions but most of them don't have to do with elves... (i don't consider them as good lol)
