wHAT i DO, SO WHEN I MAKE LINES the colour doesn't go overtop, is this:
Step 1: Open oekaki
Step 2: Look at layer one. Make another layer, and click on layer 2.
Step 3; If Layer 2 is darker blue than layer one, good, draw your lines.
Step 4: Now click layer 1 and make sure its darker blue than layer 2
Step 5: Colour and enjoy! ^^
