Azari gives a small sigh. "Alright then." She mews, twitching her ears before giving his cheek a gentle lick.

Ebony peered at him. His gaze looked misleading but she tilted her head in confusion.
She beamed at him and twitched her tail lightly. "Yes?"

Jay hurtled after her in a flash of white and tan.
The uninviting scent of the dumpster called out his name and he couldn't refuse but to venture down the cold-hearted alley.
Jay could hear the chit-chat of little mice and rodents as they conversed inside and underneath their only food source.
One by one he picked off two for himself after glancing under the green trash bin.

Star swiftly killed a single mouse, purring with contentment, before she froze, scenting the air. "Rats!" she meowed fearfully in warning, before a swarm of rats emerged from beneath the dumpster, and Star bolted towards Jay. One rat wasn't too bad, but a swarm, was deadly.

Azari curls her fluffy white and gray tail around her paws and rests her head on his shoulder, pondering her own thoughts.

"What?" Jay muffled around the two mice he held in his jaws.
He glanced at the dumpster in which he had just killed his prey.
Beady black eyes stared back at him. Their mouths were foaming with infected saliva and Jay leapt backwards.
"Oh. Those rats!" He exclaimed as he almost dropped his prey but he refused to.

Roman looked away quickly,"Uh,nothing."He said.

Birch carefully settled Akiza down in a nest inside the lean-to.Leaving the wet moss by her just incase.

Within a moment, they were surrounded. The large, putrid rats squeaked, before rushing the cats, teeth bared fiercely. Star snarled, and quickly unsheathed her deadly claws, swatting away any rats that came close to her, as the rats continued to push forwards.

"Mmhmm." Ebony narrowed her eyes at him and scowled broadly at him.
She wasn't convinced it was nothing.
Playfully, she reached over with her tail and swiped it across his back to let him know it's alright.
